I bought a cover for my fire pit to reduce rust caused by rain. The ordering process was straight forward. I appreciate Covers & All confirming the dimensions and asking for more information in order to make a cover that fits well.
I received the cover by the date they originally gave me. The cover does fit over the fire pit, but barely. I have to pull down one corner an inch at a time and repeat. I'm concerned that the material will quickly break from so much rubbing while putting on and pulling off.
I ordered a cover with elastic in the corners, which makes it more difficult, but I believe it would still be snug even without the elastic corners. Also the lid of my fire pit has a pyramid shape, and there seems to be too much material in this part of the cover. I will try to post a picture of the cover if possible.
Finally, the cover is wrinkled because it was not folded nicely when shipped. Perhaps it is because of the of shape, but it seemed like it was quickly packed and is now quite wrinkled.

The only thing that was confusing was the dimensions are supposed to be the actual product that I am covering and not the cover size that I think I might need if you could put that in plain English I'm glad I called to get more information because I was told measure the actual product I'm buying the cover for Thanks!
My experience with your company has been the worst I've ever dealt with. The product that I was suppose to get wasn't even near what I was suppose to get. I want my money back for the worst service I have experienced from your company I had to wait 2 months for it and they requested pictures which I took of my treadmill

We recently built a new outdoor deck and bought a 30" X 60" stainless steel table to keep on the deck for preparing and serving food to guests. We couldn't find a cover that would fit and that was made with quality materials.
