I called when I had a question and found the person helping to be friendly and knowledgeable. They explained how to order what I wanted by telling me what to input on the site's search engine. I found what I needed and input the measurements needed.In a few days I received an e-mail from their staff needing more measurements. I input the additional measurements and received a final drawing which I approved. The shipping was timely and I installed the well made cover and am very happy with the results.

If there are any errors on our part after the art work has been approved, Covers and All will send a replacement Cover with priority shipping at no charge to the customer.
