Two of the four chair covers do not fit; all four chairs are exactly the same measurements. I contacted customer service, sent photos to show how the covers do not fit and they do not respond. I am extremely disappointed in their response and I have reported this to my credit card company to dispute the charges.
So many sites have limited sizes so I was thankful that I was able to order the size I needed to fit my table perfectly!

Cover is bigger, hanging about three inches from front, two side like pockets up side down don't know what is for, materials is plastic like not nice thick fabric king and bit heavy to take it on & off.

I can't rate the product because I have not received my order. I placed an order for outdoor cushion covers on 3/18/21. The original delivery estimate was April 7th, which was fine since I didn't need the items until April 16th. FEDEX tracking information revealed that the items didn't ship from India until 4/07/21 and the most recent delivery estimate is today, 4/15/21. Unless I missed an email, there was no notification of a delay in shipping. I will update this review once my items are received.

I shopped for YEARS to find replacement pillows or covers for our round white (why?) outdoor seat cushions. I even tried to stuff square ones into the space. But then, voila! Covers & All made the experience easy and dare I say, fun. Now we have perfect, navy blue round seat cushions for entertaining outdoors. Hank you Covers & All!

I like the custom covers. They appear well made and functional. The sales and production team seemed prepared to make sure my custom order was specific to my request. However, I'm still waiting on the delivery of the rest of my order. There are a couple of outstanding accessories that were not part of the same shipment, I'm still waiting for those items for delivery. Otherwise, I'd use the company again for additional covers.

Covers&All guarantees that products do not contain manufacturing defects and, if the product fails, breaks, or has ink issue due to a manufacturing defect, we will either replace the product or issue you a credit equal to the value of the failed product. Covers&All reserves the right to investigate the claim and determine whether or not our guarantee covers the failed product. For claim email on feedback@coversandall.com with some pictures of the product showing defect with description and the team will get back to you with the best possible outcome that could be offered. If there are any errors on our part after the art work has been approved, Covers and All will send a replacement Cover with priority shipping at no charge to the customer.
