Installed a new window unit for my Dad. Needed a cover for his unit. It was an odd size. Found this outfit on line. Measured the unit and filled out the form. I liked the ability to add grommets ( I chose every 6 inches). Fits perfectly ( gives an option to add 1-2 extra inches to the cover make sure you do so).

Overall I am satisfied with the covers. I feel the quality of the fabric is high and will stand up to time. However, I feel the fit was a bit off. The first set of covers I ordered were quite large with the excess more than 2-3" for fit. I would say this was more to 4-6" for fit. With the straps they will stay on and will do the job. Of the second set of covers, 2 fit better than the first set and the odd shaped sofa is a bit off. Elastic is in the wrong spot, however we were able to get the cover on and will do the job.
As a first time customer ordering a custom fit product, the process was very straight forward and getting a proof of my order was great. Once the cover arrived it fit exactly as expected and looks to be of good quality.

The extra room built into the covers made the bottom cushion fit loosely while the top cushion fits perfectly. The covers were missing the ties, or straps to secure to the chair frame, which were indicated that they would be on the covers when I ordered. The zipper on the top cushion was not on the bottom of the cushion cover as indicated when I placed the order; the zipper is on the side and therefore visible. Quite a bit of air seeps in between the cushion and the cover and then expels when I sit down. Leaving the zipper partially open helps but perhaps they should have some vent holes incorporated into the design.

Covers&All guarantees that products do not contain manufacturing defects and, if the product fails, breaks, or has ink issue due to a manufacturing defect, we will either replace the product or issue you a credit equal to the value of the failed product. Covers&All reserves the right to investigate the claim and determine whether or not our guarantee covers the failed product. For claim email on feedback@coversandall.com with some pictures of the product showing defect with description and the team will get back to you with the best possible outcome that could be offered. If there are any errors on our part after the art work has been approved, Covers and All will send a replacement Cover with priority shipping at no charge to the customer. We also offer a refund for the total amount. Clients must follow these steps in order to get a refund or reproduced Cover. All returns must be reported within 7 days of the delivery.
