Covers are really nice looking, now the poo filled Twinky, keeping them in place during high winds will be a challenge. The corner cinch ties are pretty lame. I've ordered 13 foot by 1" wide motorcycle tie downs with cam locks. Will have to wait and see what August and hurricane season winds bring.
I originally was ordering a simple rectangular cover. I included a picture and they notified me they could construct a more shape fitting octagon for the table and four chairs.
They helped me finalize the measurements and ensured they made sense.
I was contacted several times to confirm the size of my BBQ and provided all measurements as well as photos of front, side and full view.

They work well enough, but the drawstrings can not be made tight enough to prevent them from being blown off in the wind. I paid the the heaviest cover, the TUFF I think, and have had to go back up on the roof two times already. I expected the heavier duty of the three options to be heavier and thicker.
My package looked like someone just stuffed all items together in a laundry pile. Wrinkled, wadded up. Plus all 3 pieces are much too big. Draw strings don't work! My order promised a free storage bag. I did not get this either.

Terrible packaging. Way too much heavy duty plastic wrapping that is very hard to get through. Need to ship in a box! Can't really use scissors to cut through all the plastic and tape w/o worrying about cutting through the new cover. I was going to ship back all the wrapping for you to see what I'm talking about. This is the third cover I have ordered. Also no shipping notification. Very nice covers, just lousy shipping packaging, no shipping heads-up and your outsourced help barely speak english.
I built a custom grill table for my Big Green Egg. The grill is on one side of the table and not placed in the center. The table is very heavy and it is not on casters, it is also located against my pool screen with little room behind the table. I received my custom cover and the zipper is located on the back of my cover so now it is inaccessible due to the table being up against my pool screen enclosure.
I have called and emailed pictures multiple times. Each time I am told I will receive a response in 24 hours, but I have not received a response.
If I missed something where it said the zipper would be on the back I'll accept responsibility for the mistake, but I can't find where it says that's the case. I also sent pictures of my table to the cover designer and you could clearly see it's flush against my pool enclosure.
All I want is a response but still can't get one.
