Very happy with the ordering process. The quality is excellent. The dimensions were exactly as ordered. I could have ordered a little smaller to fit tighter. While the company allows for variance which would be slightly smaller than the order size mine arrived exactly as ordered.
I ordered a cover for my recumbent bike. I kept getting emails asking for dimensions. I kept providing them repeatedly. The cover came and I put it on and it fits very loosely. I thought it would be a tight fit. I have no idea if I have it on the right way. I called and got a feedback email address. I sent an email and haven't gotten a response. The cover is too heavy for me. I, like to return it but can't talk to anybody.

I love the quality but the way the custom ordering system works, the zippers ended up being on the wrong sides of all my covers.
To avoid any issue with color, we purchased the Covers and All sample booklet and chose the color we wanted. However, when the cover arrived, the shade was off significantly from the sample in the booklet. I tried contacting C&A using their chat but it appears to be a bot until you get really frustrated and then a human jumps on. Then I tried calling but it was a long wait and when I finally got someone it sounded like they were in another country (bad phone connection; bad accent) and in the end all they had me do was email customer service, which I could have started with and saved 20 minutes. No answer from customer service after a day so not sure how this will end up.
I found the ordering process was very difficult and confusing. I appreciate that they wanted to be exact but after a lot of measuring and sending pictures only 2 of the 10 cushions I ordered actually fit snugly.

Covers&All guarantees that products do not contain manufacturing defects and, if the product fails, breaks, or has ink issue due to a manufacturing defect, we will either replace the product or issue you a credit equal to the value of the failed product. Covers&All reserves the right to investigate the claim and determine whether or not our guarantee covers the failed product. For claim email on feedback@coversandall.com with some pictures of the product showing defect with description and the team will get back to you with the best possible outcome that could be offered. If there are any errors on our part after the art work has been approved, Covers and All will send a replacement Cover with priority shipping at no charge to the customer. We also offer a refund for the total amount. Clients must follow these steps in order to get a refund or reproduced Cover. All returns must be reported within 7 days of the delivery.
