4 out of 5 covers that I bought were perfectly designed and fit well. The 5th was not. The angles of a curved couch were too extreme. This seems like a simple fix, but it very clearly is not since after 6 conversations with the customer service staff, there is still no resolution. I have requested to return the item and they refuse to provide an address to return the cover. I have requested a refund, which they have denied. They continue to ask for pictures, which I have already sent 7 to their "feedback" team. I would avoid this company at all costs.

I was hoping to have ties added to one is my covers, but other than that I had a very easy experience. They contacted me to ensure that my dimensions were accurate so they would be a perfect fit. Would definitely recommend sending photos with your order to ensure you get exactly what you are looking for.
While the product came quickly and the quality is unmistakable, I can't help but be disappointed that there was a lack of tips to measuring the cushions. I made a mistake when ordering the top cushions and the zipper is now on the side instead of the bottom. I do wonder why I sent in a picture when nobody contacted me to ask about the obvious mistake. I now have 8 cushions that have the zipper go from the top corner, down the side and underneath. It is impossible to hide but again, my fault. I wish there had been some guidance though for measuring. Our cushions were between 3-4 inches high and we ordered the 4 inch. The same with the other cushions. The result is a saggy, baggy cushion covers for all 8 of our cushions. We are going to get some foam to fill up the cushions but I almost cried when I saw the initial result.

Submitted a very simple request. 2 pieces of tarp measuring 24" x 48" with grommets centered along the 48" side (this was their own "standard option" of grommets every 24"). What I received was two pieces of 25" x 49" tarp. One had grommets on the long ends that measured 25"/24" and the other 25.5"/23.5" to the edges. The pieces were extraordinarily simple pieces to make with very simple instructions that needed to be followed exactly. Instead I received two pieces of material that are absolutely useless. Upon contacting the company, my email was not read and instead I received back a "thank you for requesting a quote, please provide the dimensions you are looking for" email.
