I received the custom cover after a long delay and request for additional payment. The cover fits poorly and looks very unattractive. I'm almost inclined to remove it and allow the furniture to weather rather than endure the poor appearance of the cover. Would not use this company ever again. Terrible product.

Our pricing is transparent and you pay what you see on the checkout page. Extra charges are only applied if there is a change made to your order after it is placed. In your case, the front length was changed from 59" to 66" per the revised picture and measurements you shared with us, which increased the cost of the cover.
A payment request notification was sent on 24 December. The payment was received on 19 January which unfortunately delayed your order. We dispatched your order in 5 business days after this.
We handcraft each cover closely following the specifications provided. The measurements entered for each cover are listed on your order confirmation email. We request you to check them once again; if you feel any of the sides is the wrong size, please take a picture of the cover clearly showing the incorrect size with a tape measure and email us at feedback@coversandall.com. We will gladly replace it in case we have made an error in fabrication. Note that as mentioned on the product page, we add 1" to 2" leeway on the given width/depth for ease of use.

Received my couch covers today and they are lovely, well made and just as I ordered. My old covers were worn out and these have slipped perfectly over the top. The light blue is just as on the website. It took about 3 1/2 weeks from order to delivery to home which I thought was fine.

Just received my covers, a day ahead of schedule. They were very well packaged. I am extremely impressed with the quality and fit of the covers, which were for an outdoor setting. I would highly recommend to anyone with a need for quality covers.
Product was exactly as expected, but Covers & All clearly state on their site that they add 1 - 2 inches on all measurements you give them. However this is not true, in our order they failed to add anything to one length of the measurement resulting in cover that doesn't fit well. Was a shame as we check the measurements and clearly understood the additional inch or two they would add, so when they didn't... the cover was no good.

The leeway is added to the width and depth of the cover but not to the height (to prevent the cover from bunching up near the bottom). We do make a mistake occasionally but are firmly committed to making it right when given the opportunity and once the error is established.

I recently Pex based a pool table cover and on the inside were marks and stains all over it I emailed someone and they said they would get back to me and never have. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone, and will be telling people to avoid covers and all. Will be posting this on all social media platforms so this doesn't happen to anyone whilst spending their hard earned money. Ver very dissatisfied

I provided Covers and All with detailed technical specifications and dimensions for a cover required to fit a new outdoor dinner setting. They were able to produce a cover to my exact requirements, which fits perfectly and looks fabulous. I could not be happier with the cover I received, the prompt correspondence, accuracy of manufacture and quality of the finished product.

Applied for the discount, didn't get it. Signed up for the newsletter which said that you get free delivery on items bought, didn't get that either. Sent email requesting response, no reply. Will not deal with this company again, very disappointed.
