Very dissatisfied, ordered 5th Feb, should have been delivered by now. Tried tracking no tracking number sent to me.
Product is great, but communication regarding delivery timeframe was poor. I received an email early on saying I would receive it by 16/02, but it didn't arrive until 04/03.

All our covers are handmade; regrettably, due to inconstant circumstances we ended up with unanticipated backlog in production and missed the promised date. We are working hard to scale up our production capabilities and improve our turnaround time. While these efforts (which include building a new, much larger production unit) continue, we have also applied some solutions in the interim that have resulted in significant improvement over the last few weeks.
Your order was dispatched on 22 February and should have been delivered by 24 February. Regrettably, transit delay is outside our area of control, especially considering the impact of COVID-19 on all shipping networks. I ordered my wrapping bag on 3/1/21, and was given an estimated delivery date of 1/2/21 which was fine. But then, without any communication from the company, I started getting emails about "delayed shipping" with nee delivery dates getting later and later. So I emailed the company who informed me that my item hadn't been made yet. It ended up arriving on 24/2/21. I was pretty disappointed with their lack of communication. The product itself is good. It has no solid base in it though, so it's floppy with the wrapping paper in it.

Ordered online, had some communication to get exact measurements as it was a complicated bbq cover with hotplates and sink included, arrived quickly and was good quality and a perfect fit.
So glad I ordered from Covers & All. The new bench seat covers have given an old outdoor setting a new lease on life. I got the 'soft touch' type so is comfortable to sit on even though they are waterproof. Perfect sizing as per my measurements, so make sure you take the time to measure accurately. I tripled checked. Good strong zippers. Arrived a few days after estimated delivery. Maybe delivery took under 4 weeks or less all up. Was able to track my package from India to Singapore to Australia, via FedEx. Price very reasonable. Very happy, and I would order from them again, and would recommend.
