The quality is good and also the fit. Took a long time to make though so be prepared to wait a month. Overall value for money.

Easy process to order custom made cushions. I'd like to have seen more variety in colours, especially for pillows. Expected delivery date was 14 days later than expected, but no communication in regards to that which was disappointing.

Believed I was ordering covers with cushions... so surprised when covers only arrived

Product is good and arrived quicker than expected however I was annoyed that I didn't get the free postage on my first order as what was advertised even after putting the code in I still got charged for postage. I sent a comment about this at the time of purchase and never got a reply about it. Also the amount of advertising emails I have been receiving has been very excessive and over the top.

Multiple emails that were unnecessary and just delayed shipping, which was then delayed by another 2 weeks - product yet to be delivered.

I ordered from this company as it advertises as an American company and gives an address in Lawrenceville, Georgia USA. The fact you had to provide measurements in inches reinforced this. Only after I ordered did I think to check for reviews and it became obvious the product was not coming from USA. Once dispatched (very quickly, less than a week) it was obvious the product had been sent from China - so presumably made there. I was furious. I try at all costs to avoid buying from China for many reasons, the main ones being general poor quality, their use of child labour in sweat shops, their human rights record and their dwindling relationship with Australia.

However, I must say that when the covers arrived the quality was quite good. The label says Made in India and as others have stated, explains fabric is not fireproof and contains some alarming chemicals. However, they were well made with lovely large zippers that made it easier to get on and off the furniture. As others before me have said, they make them about an inch too large. Cause of this I had to buy some 25mm foam from Clark Rubber to make them fit, adding $80 to my costs. However, at the price they charge, and with the free postage and 20% off first order offer, there was nothing else out there that compared for the price. From order to delivery was less than 3 weeks, which is good considering current world problems which are affecting airlines. I would - and have - recommended the product to friends. Just wish the website was more upfront about the origin of the company and its products so that buyer is able to make an informed decision on whether or not to buy.

From start to finish it was excellent. Easy to navigate site and simple to use. Product is exactly as I ordered.
