EDIT 2: Sales rep reached out to send a swatch and to see if any follow up action can be taken for another cover. Received a swatch early july and re-ordered a 2nd cover on good faith. I recommend getting a swatch first no matter how small the job as the colours on the screen do not resemble actual real life colours.
EDIT 1: follow up - Rep now insist the online swatches vary due to lighting and that my grey cover is indeed light sand as per their real photo (newly attached). To which I say IF true, then its false advertising and misrepresentation - just look at my cover, it exactly matches the light grey swatch shown online! Look at the actual swatch vs online swatch as attached and see if any of that makes sense, best bet is to not trust what they say online and order a swatch sample before committing to any purchase... or just skip this and go on etsy.

I placed an order late may 2022 and received around mid June - no issues there.
Custom insert is fine - no issues there.
Custom Cover - Ordered LIGHT SAND. Received Light grey. Customer service agent insisted I received light sand as ordered (see attached email). Absolutely infuriating - I have attached a photo of what I received vs the preview of "cushion fab" light grey vs sand during the order process and light grey is absolutely what I received. The colour is important to me as the rest of my decor is beige.
I should add on that it took about 12 days post lodging a ticket for them to respond in such an insipid fashion.
I was impressed with the quality of the product and the speed of the delivery.
I will definitely purchase other items from Covers And All.

Have not tried yet just received the order today exactly what i was expecting and delivered on time
I had an issue with my first cover over a wool table. It got holes along the bottom from hitting the ground. We realised that when the add the extra 1-2" the cover was too big and dragging in the wind. Immediately they remade the cover with exactly the same extra measurements in the length and width, but they shortened the height by 2" and added in leg ties. They did this without extra cost to me and I was extremely happy with the end product. It is now not right down to the ground. I would advise getting a table cover to ask them to not add extra in the height to avoid my problem. I have also purchased an umbrella weight which you fill with sand and wrap around the pole. My umbrella has not fallen down once since adding this extra 30 kg of weight to the stand. Perfect! Highly recommend.
Very happy with my outdoor setting cover, the cover is of great quality and it arrived very quickly. I will be shopping for other covers for sure.
Although a simple process, I found difficulty with:
* using imperial measures (I thought metric measures were required by law?);
* the chat process to send a photo after ordering - an email address would be much better as the chat reconnects and disconnects.
The cover itself is fine and fits well but on reflection I would have gone for a lined product that was heavier as it looks like it will take a while to lose its wrinkles and sit comfortably on the BBQ.

Furthermore, due to the nature of the product, creasing is unavoidable, and because each order is custom made there are no standardized folds. Also, as the selected material is for the moderate weather conditions, it will be a little heavy. However the wrinkles will get removed once the product will be in use and will be in contact with the sun rays. We are glad to know that you like the cover and it fits well. Good response times, accurate production & delivery
Ordered outdoor cushion covers, very happy. Website very easy to navigate, they have great communication and they double and triple checked everything. Was very happy with end product and came quicker than I expected.
Just a little disappointed with colour, I asked for light grey and was told this is $10 extra as different material used. So I paid it before delivery and ended up with a dark grey with a black fleck through it. Looks to dark on my wall but quality of material and cover was so well made that I have settled for it.
I was surprise the amount of time it took to make my order and deliver it, very quick.
