We ordered 2 covers for 2 old cot mattresses we're using for as floor cushions (that the children use to watch TV). Delivery takes a while, but was worth the wait. They look great.

I placed an order for an unusually shaped rocking chait. Customer service contacted me shortly afterwards to check the size and look at some photos. The covers were delivered quickly and the quality is great.
Ordering was straightforward but the product delivered was the incorrect size.
I was asked to provide photographic 'evidence' that it was incorrect as apparently their records showed they had sent the correct size!

When using the hardware with fully extended turn buckles, a correct fit must be achieved.
