The covers were smaller than ordered by about an inch all round. Shame because the colour and material were really good.

On this occasion order was complete but previous order had covers missing and email from customer services wanted photos, how do I send photos of missing items?

The only slight quality control issue with the covers was that they still have what looked like tailors chalk marks on them around the vent panels.

I was pleased with the order because great care was taken to ensure the be spoke cover was the correct dimensions.

The chnages were sent back pictotially which made it easy to review and the also the audit trail of coms on the order was helpful.
