Made to my measurements with adequate safety margin. Arrived well packed and quickly (1 week) for a bespoke item. Material has a rubbery feel so should be completely waterproof and has a rugged tough feel so I anticipate it will be hard wearing too.

Noah seemed helpful on the phone but didn't call back. Im not very techy so called for help to place the order online. The staff member DID NOT inform me i needed to order the number of holes in my tarpaulin. This then became a real struggle. I wasn't sure if my tarp was coming with 4 holes or more? Very confusing and frustrating. I called numerous times without success. Finally due to me persistence i managed to find out that my order had been put on hold and needed me to confirm how many holes. In the end it got sorted thankfully.
