Very helpful customer service, very good value for money, the product was well made and based on exact measurements that i supplied. I just had one issue with a grommet slightly in the wrong place but I managed to overcome this thus only 4 starts, would have been a 5.

Easy and straightforward to order and pay. Online process. Products received as advertised. Only issue was delay with delivery via UPS. Received no email updates on delivery. Had to track using UPS online portal. No problem with that but originally advised arriving on x date, followed by correction due to delivery issues with new date of Y that was then changed again. I was in on day/time of delivery and found package dropped over entry gates to my property and not delivered to front door.
