Ordering on-line was very easy with a well laid out website. Delivery was not so good, when the item did not arrive I tried to email Cover & All to ascertain when to expect the item but got no response. I then used their "Chat Bod" on their website and, after a long delay, I was eventually connected to a nice chap (Anthony) who was able to contact their agents FedEx to request a revised delivery date; although I didn't receive any further communication from either Cover & All or FedEx, the item arrived unannounced the following day.

Due to the fantastic weather in the UK during the summer months I decided to invest in a rain cover for my outdoor garden furniture and I was not disappointed the cover fitted perfectly and the quality really has to be seen to be believed and as per normal the British summer has tested the water proof cover to the max.
