Outdoor cushion covers are excellent quality and look great
This BBQ cover is the second item ordered from Coverandall. The first was a firetable cover.
We live on the ocean, so weather conditions can be severe. These covers in the heavy duty fabric are ideal. In addition, the ability to custom fit the covers is great and the staff at Coversandall do an excellent job to get it right. Would certainly recommend.
Ordered 12 tarps for around $1,500.00. I called to get measurement information, and was advised to account for the grommets and for the bottom pocket I paid extra for. Once I received the tarps, I found that the measurements were off. The lengths were far too long, and the amount I was advised to account for the grommets was incorrect so the tarps do not fit properly for my use. I contacted customer support and was asked to provide information including photos and videos (clearly questioning my concerns). Once I provided the information, I received and email saying there is nothing that can't be done as 1. The tarps were installed, and 2, the tarps provided had been cut to the requested size (which was untrue). I tried calling more than once to speak to someone, and was told to expect a call back, and haven't heard back since. Now I'm out 1,500 on tarps that won't serve the purpose they were purchased for. After reading the reviews online, I'm starting to think the 4 and 5 star reviews are not from actual customers. Be very careful ordering products from here. They are not local, and as such their customer service is only existent until you make a payment.
So after a couple of days back and forth about the two slits I needed. I said no velcro... it came with velcro. I need it to flap so a dog can come through it... back and forth. Basicly that peice of canvas is useless to me as dog cant get in or out.
I really just have to wait and see if anyone calls and what is actually done about dog door needed. I left notes where applicable and hope the call. I know it will cost extra.
Ordered a custom sized tarp. Entered my drawing and they sent an approval drawing. Showed up when it said it would. Fit perfect. Ordered another tarp. Great product.

Make sure if you order to get your measurements exact and re-validate with the design team. My only concern is the back and forth I had with customer service to get this error fixed, I wish they had a way to re-use / fix the incorrect one.

Ordered two different colour cushions. Arrived as the same colour. Will not address different colours even having sent video and photos.
