I was kept informed and from date of order, manufacture and shipping the end to end experience was seamless. The product far exceeded our expectations. Quality fabric, piping around edges, full zippers, and spot on sizing.
From ordering to delivery it was very quick for the shipping and constructing time. Two weeks!

It is very difficult to ensure any options requested are incorporated in the final product to be shipped. You should allow the customer to add those details to a mock up via your order entry.

The cover fits like it should but I'm questioning the quality. There is wrapping paper tape attached to each inside corner. I have no idea the reasoning behind that. Almost as if they forgot a step in manufacturing the cover?. That does not seem like quality to me. Hopefully there will be no issues but time will tell

To make the covers as waterproof as possible we apply a special hot seam sealing tape, which is applied on the seams of the covers, this prevents the water to seep through the seam holes, which are made during the stitching process, this makes the covers almost water proof. Product arrived ahead of schedule. Looks good - thiner than I expected considering I purchased the heaviest duty version. I will be curious to see how it has fared a year from now.

The gas pizza oven I own has some hard to provide outer frame dimensions. Covers & all staff got back to me a couple of times for measurements and the custom cover was a perfect fit!

We have a custom island that I couldn't find a cover for in town that wasn't oversized and flapped in the wind. I finally went with covers and all and I am so so so happy with the finished product. We went back and forth with the dimensions several times which was tedious but when the final product arrived it fit perfectly. I couldn't be more happy. We will definitely be ordering more in the future.
