My cushion are not a typical size but desperately needed replacing. Because you can custom order the cover sizes, the new covers were a perfect fit. Price was really great too. Very fair pricing, excellent quality and didn't have to wait too long. Package came in approx 2 weeks from order.

I will refrain from being overly rude in this review. What I will absolutely STRESS however is if you should place an order with this company make sure you check in on them frequently otherwise work tends to sit unresolved. I'm talking about a single cover, not quantity. That said horrible experience asides the end product is of good quality.

The cover is working great - so far. Its only been a few days but so far it looks great and fits just as advertised. The only issue I had was when we contacted 'sales / support' prior to ordering. The rep had no idea what they where talking about and could not answer any 'detail' question about the materials e.g. which one we should order. Had I not talked with someone who already knew the product I would have never ordered from you.
