CSR is very good. Helped me on the 1st time to answer my questions. I came back to make my purchase 2 days after. I gave my specs and requirement, and they provided me a draft /drawing of my Tarp with a request to confirm if there was any error. After they proceed to the order. I had never got such a professional follow-up. And I can say, that pricing was very fair. Happily surprised to have received my order in advance, and it is even better that I expected!

We had an outdoor furniture set that we really liked, but the cushion covers were dated and worn. I found Covers & All online and ordered a couple of replacement covers to see if the quality and look were what we wanted. They were great, so we ordered replacement cushions and pillow covers for the entire set. We are really happy with the price and quality of their products. Our order also arrived a week quicker than expected. Overall, very happy with our purchase.

Just like the title states, seamless to deal with, excellent and easy to order
I received the patio set covers, the shipping time was great, the quality too but they were received with multiple folds which are still visible after installing on cushions which is a negative point on quality looking at my cushions showing the material is creased and visible due to folding into a small shipping package. I also saw a set of three sir cushions upon ordering but only hit one off? What am we supposed to do with one pc.
I ordered this online and it was delivered quite quickly. I t was exactly what I ordered and very happy with the purchase.
It was very easy to place my order and when I called to find out why I hadn't received the coupon code for signing up for the newsletter the gentleman provided me a code that actually gave me an extra 5% discount. Great experience overall! The service for the cover was fantastic and the turnaround time was amazing. The reason for the 3-star rating is the cover doesn't fit right (it'll do the job but it's a tad too small on the swing frame), plus the material is very heavy and hard to manoeuvre. I was thinking it would be a bit lighter. Overall the cover works but it's not a cover I could easily put on every evening. It's more for when we aren't going to be home for extended periods of time or for over the winter.
It is my first time so will know on delivery. Was looking for something thick enough that would take the weight of my car with no problem and I found it. Thank you so much.
Note I also had asked if you would have eyeleigth to tight down the tarp to the ground. But received no answer. I guess I will have to use washers? Lol Maybe I will received answer if you can send me 30 of those hooks.
