SO FAR SO GOOD! I assumed that as I was paying in CAD is was shipping from Canada, but I had import charges of $41.22
Very user friendly website and ordering process! I received the boat tarp I ordered and it did not fit my boat. I was ok with the tarp not fitting my boat so I contacted customer service to see about returning the tarp for a refund. The process seemed to be very organized and simple. I was emailed a return authorization label and I shipped the tarp back to the seller. According to the tracking number the seller received the package over a week ago and my credit card has still not been credited. I guess the next step is to refuse the charge on my credit card.
I have ordered a relatively expensive WeatherFit Platinum Truck Cover to protect my brand new F150 from the elements. Every time before the cover gets back on, the truck is washed. The last time I had it fully detailed, and again, after a bit of rain here in California the truck was completely filthy. So it is a clear pattern for me: rain causes the dust to seep through the cover. According to the advertising, the cover should fully protect the vehicle from water & dust. This is clearly not the case. Unfortunately coveranything does not case about my experience and does not warranty the performance of the cover!
So far so good. I bought a cover for my daughters scooter. I'm in California and she is in Pittsburgh, PA. I had it shipped to her. Well see how it goes. She received the cover and reported that the fit and quality is exceelent.

Had a good chat with Allison. I was concerned the top might not fit properly since I have added a 2nd bimini top but she assured me that it would.
Ordered cover for my specific make/model/year boat but cover was too narrow to cover over at the center console. When I called customer service I was told that their covers did not cover if console was higher than 30". I asked but was told there was no alternate cover and I should return cover for refund. When I received refund, all but $15 was credited back to my card. I don't know why I was not given a full refund.
Web site was easy to use but gives you the wrong size info then they charge you for the return never offered to make things right. Their computer is wrong about size for cycles so they should cover everything to do with the transaction. But they told me tough luck. Don't deal with this company unless you want to pay for the wrong product then wind up with nothing and less in your bank account.
Shopping is easy, but i would like to see more dimensional information about the boat covers info area, beam width and length. Would make selection easier.
