Not happy with unknown import charges
Bought a motorcycle cover that was stated to be HEAVY DUTY. When it arrived it was more like a heavy paper towel! Not at all what I expected. I did return it but they charged me $14 for return shipping. I would expect to pay return shipping if I didn't like it or ordered the wrong size... but when the item doesn't live up to the description... that's MADDENING.
Never again.

I purchased a boat cover on 12/27/18 from Coveranything. Com and a support pole for $219. When I received the cover, it did not fit my Bass Tracker even though it was the size according to their website to fit that make and model and was short in length. I called and sent the cover back and ordered the next size up. When I received a refund on the first cover, they only partial refunded it saying it had dirt on the cover and withheld $53 from the refund? I called and complained with no resolve from their Customer Service department. After filing a complaint and posting on Site Jabber, the owner sent me a email saying he would give me the rest of the refund only if I retracted my complaint? I refused to do it, since I believed people should be informed of my experience to make them aware of this company's business practices and poor customer service. I received my 2nd cover that actually fit over the boat in February. I tried to use the support pole I purchased, but it didn't work, it just slid off to the side and didn't hold the cover up. After 8 months of having this cover, it has faded from grey to a light purplish color, it started to form holes and the stitching is coming apart. This is supposed to be a heavy duty cover that is supposed to have a 7 year warranty that can't last 8 months? I have purchased boat covers from Brass Pro for half the cost that have lasted a lot longer and never faded. Very disappointing product for the money. But very poor Customer Service that could care less about their customers and very poor quality products, where the owner only cares about its customer retracting their complaints instead of making it right.
I ordered the top of the line Sunbrella cover from CoverAnything.com for my Baja 203. The cover fits amazing, as you can see in the photos I attached. I called in to place this order due ot some questions I had about the item -- all questions were answered quickly and professionally. Easy to search and order
I was charged $47.50 by UPS when it arrived. Most companies that ship from the U.S to Canada don't charge Custom charges.I understand I have to pay Taxes but it did say free shipping. It made a good priced cover more than i would pay in Canada

Cover fits pickup better than the one for the caddie, just too bad I have to take the radio aerial off but I do like the fit even tho it is hard to put on for an old man all by himself

Answer: Eric, our covers are safe to use on all boats! Our instructions state that colorfastness should be tested on new boats where the vinyl may still be off-gassing from the factory. Additionally, some cleaning compounds can cause reactions, so testing colorfastness is recommended prior to permanent use. We have made several attempts to contact the customer to begin the exchange process to provide a cover that will fit this gentleman's boat. The original cover sent was returned to us dirty/stained, and the inspection photos of the damage to the cover have been emailed to the customer. Restocking fees are exceedingly rare, and only charged when a customer returns a cover that is beyond our ability to clean to a like-new condition. We apologize that the first cover sent did not fit to customer's satisfaction and have attempted to resolve the complaint to no avail.
