When you came up on Google search, it said "free" templates. After spending the time to create the letter, I thought it was worth it to go ahead and pay 2.45 to download it, but you should be upfront on your ads.

I was struggling with writer's block, and then came across this site. It was a blessing and was so easy to use. I love the edit feature, which allowed me to further tailor my letter unique to me. Definitely worth the purchase!

I think the website was awesome. I like the customer service rep (Juan Morales) very friendly and professional. However it took him forever to cancel my service and I didn't like that at all. It should take that long( 20 mins) to cancel a subscription.
Please work on that!

I forgot to write on my calendar the end of my 14 day trial period and then I was charged $19.95. Called three days later for an adjustment or refund and I was refused the refund of $19.95. One cover letter cost me $19.95, otherwise the service is good.

Most of the time services like these are very generic, but this has been amazing, I can edit on the spot or at the very end, the variety of responses available provides so much opportunity and possibilities, it's great! I even favortied the website on my browser.

After agreeing to pay the $1.95 for the FREE coverletter I thought I had opted out of the membership when paying for it. HUGE mistake! Checked my account on the 15th day and they had already charged me the $39.80. And they will NOT refund! Its sad this is how people make money these days. Taking advantage of people trying to improve their situations with better employment.

I was curious throughout the whole process of building my cover letter how much the overall cost would be. I appreciate that it wasn't much. Maybe in the future you can show how much cost would be as someone is working on their letter or resume? Just a thought. I used Cover-Letter-Now once and thought it was free. To my surprise, I received a $19.95 charge. When I called customer service I spoke to Dana, who was very accommodating and friendly. She helped me cancel the service and even was able to get me a refund. I was also happy with the cover letter and other services.

I find it very disheartening when something is advertised as free such as this cover letter and then once you have built it and want to retrieve it there is a cost. Creating it was the free part but obtaining it has a price. I just feel this is underhanded.

Signed up for a free trial, didn't realize they would just start taking money out of my account, no email confirmations, updates or anything to allow me to know that I was still signed up for something I didn't use. I didn't find it helpful or useful. Contacted them figuring maybe I could get a few free months since I NEVER used it and there was no help. Wouldn't recommend it.
