I don't think people would be good with your services because your company take me 39.80$ of my account. When I notice that I called you immediately and your answers. Very apologize with you because you called after billing date. I am very disappointed and feel ripped off by you I never recommend this company to anyone. Even when they have so many excuses in order to get your refund. Do you want be a Big company? Take seriously when costumer don't want your services and gave them your money back and respect their decisions made.

I was in the market for a new job and I had an old cover letter and resume that looked dates.
So I found the site and it was great. Lots of variety and I came up with a good cover letter.
But I cant see paying a monthly fee as once I got the job i dont think ill need it for a while.
But it was easy to cancel.

I paid for 2 cover letters when it is says clearly that for one time payment you have access to unlimited downloads for 3 months. When I tried to download the second cover letter it ask me to pay again. I paid again because I'm in a hurry, I need to apply for a job right now, I don't have time to call you, but I believe you are liars and thieves.

It clearly says you have 14 day free access to the Cover letter but after 14 days you will be billed $39 auto each month for access to their letters! They give you all different options to cancel in that 14 days. It did say free cover letter, but made me pay $1.95 to get it so I did not like that!

I was definitely overwhelmed and clueless about how to write a cover letter. I'm 32 and have worked multiple professional jobs and have never needed a cover letter. This site made it incredibly easy, I got to choose which wording went into my letter, and I was even able to edit everything. A spot said I was "skilled" at a list of tasks and I wanted to be more honest so I changed it to experienced. The site took all of the anxiety out of writing this letter and I'm very grateful. This is the second time I've used their services. It's so EASY to use, anyone could follow along. I HATE doing cover letters, they're such a pet peeve of mine for some reason.
