My experience is exactly the same as all of the bad reviews posted! After spending over a half hour building my "FREE" cover letter, the site informed me I had to pay a $1.95 fee! I begrudgingly paid so I could send my resume off. Now 2 weeks later they are taking $39.80 out of my account, which will leave my account negative! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! By the way, the person that responds to every review - what a joke you are!
