The items came quickly over several days. Beautifully wrapped. I chose two for upcoming weddings and sent back the others. No hassle. Very easy to work with this company.

I ordered a week before the event. Totally my fault. Got it the day before. It's pretty.

The mobile site was easier to use and find items I liked versus the desktop where the header was in the way of my full view shopping experience.

Annoyed I had to sign so I kept missing the driver and took extra days to get. But the gown is stunning im beyond blown away I got such an amazing deal cant wait to wear!

It was nice to have plus size options. Although I had ordered a plus size, it turns out it was to small. I will need to return.

The Mac Duggal gown I ordered shipped really fast and was on sale so it was a win-win. The dress is in great condition and exactly like the photo.

This is the extremely bad experience with online shopping I have ever had.
First of all they charge you before sending your items then if you cancel your order before they shipped they are not going to give your money back they will get %15 of your money and then give you store credit.
Please be careful this is not like the other company in America there customer service is not helpful and friendly, they just want to get your money which you are working hard for each penny.
This is not worth to work with them. Please please watch which company you are working with.

Ive been looking for this dress for weeks. No one had it in my size. After some intensive searching you guys had the ONE. Ordered it 4 days later it was at my door.

Couture Candy created a DHL shipping label but never shipped my dress and they keep on playing games with me and saying that DHL has the dress when the description clearly states that DHL didn't receive the dress yet. They won't refund the money and they won't ship the dress. I spoke with customer service plenty of times and they wouldn't do anything about it. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, Cathy wouldn't transfer my call over, I had to yell for at least few minutes for her to even agree to transfer me. After waiting for 5 minutes, Cathy still wouldn't transfer me over and she kept on saying she validated the info with the supervisor. Stay away from this company! My conversation was over 35 minutes and it was the $#*!tiest and worst customer service ever. Stay away from this company.

Great, many options and colors for my best friend wedding

Be careful if you buy from this company. If the dress is On Sale, they have no return policy. The dress I bought had a waist size one inch smaller than the chart which made it too small for me. They would not take it back and even lied about a 24 hour return policy even though their site says 5 days.

Arrived quicker than expected and the dress was absolutely beautiful! Customer service was prompt and accommodating! I will be shopping here again and will recommend my friends and family!

This was my first time shopping at Couture Candy and I'm so happy I found this website. Fast shipping and the dress is beautiful as described. I'm in love with the dress it fits me like a glove. Will definitely consider shopping here again.
