They do not give any refunds even if you mail the dress back with in 5 days and take pictures of the condition. I ordered a dress and knew I was not going to need it after a family member died from COVID. I never even tried it on, opened it take a picture of the dress for the return. They then said there was a tiny white hair on the bottom of the dress and it was not refundable. This must have been on it when they sent it to me because I did not even fully take the dress out of the bag. This was a 400 dress. They are liars and scammers. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend ever shopping this site.

Is there anyone here interested in filing a class lawsuit against this company? I order a dress of small size at the price of 680 and waited more than one month for it to arrive but only to find the measure of the bust is two inches smaller than the adversitized measures. The small size is supposed to have 33 inches bust. This one only measures 30 inches so I couldn't zip it up. The dress was sent from Romania and the invoice was inside the package which says it was ordered by Couture Candy and the total price was 260 EU. I highly suspect it is not authentic. I won't believe that Cristallini would make a dress that is way off size than they advertised! I followed their return policy and spend another 60 dollars on Fedex to ensure it arrives within 5 calendar days unpn receipt. It was a two day shipping because it crossed weekend. They received it within 5 calendar days but only gave me 300 store credit.

They hide their return policies from the first level menu and told me if i didnt send them the claim within 24 hours upon receipt then there is no way to get my money back. I have a lawyer and I would welcome anyone who likes to join the suit.

It was great. Customer service was excellent. Got a response both on fb and in my email. They were understanding and really helped as I tried to select the perfect wedding dress.

The broad selection and ordering experiences were great. The delivery was quick, and accurate. The sizing was off, even though I took my measurements and went by each sizing chart for that particular brand. I ended up having to return my entire order because of sizing.

I bought a dress from couture candy as a gift to my daughter. I received it on August 13 and gave it to my daughter the first of this month. The dress does not look like the one in the pic, it's not fully beaded, it's glitter. Not even sequins. She tried to exchange it on Sept. 4 and they have a strict 14 day return. So... bad for us that I held it until I saw her to give it as a gift (she lives in another town), but bad on them for not waiving a week in such circumstances. Nowadays, it seems customer service is in the garbage. That's what I get for dealing with such a company. #lessonlearned
