You have 5 days from when they send you the return form to get it back to them. They charge you a restocking and warehouse fee. A late fee if you take more than 5 days to get it back. Which the quickest I could get it back was 7 days due to shipping. They told me that b/c I mailed it back within 5 days then I was good to go. Then they charged me a late fee! Ridic return policy. I lost about 100.oo not inlcuding the label that was 27.00 from FEDEX! GOOD LUCK everyone :(

I ordered an expensive dress to try for my son's wedding. When I got the dress, I tried it on for no more than one minute, took it off, and immediately repacked to return it. When Candy Couture received my returned dress, I had emails telling me that it had to pass inspection, so I could immediately smell trouble Of course, It didn't pass their inspection because it had a "strong perfume odor." I knew this was a lie because I was not wearing perfume when I tried the dress on for one minute. Phone calls to customer service were useless and infuriating. They shipped the dress back to me, and of course, when I took the dress out of the packaging, there was NO perfume smell. It smelled like a new dress that had just been taken out of a box. Don't order from this shady company. They will scam you if you need to return!

I ordered a ball gown and it came on time way before my event. I thought it was going to take longer but I got it back within a weeks time. The dress is beautiful and exactly what I ordered. I would go up one size if I ever have to order again, but if I do have another event I need a dress for I will be ordering from CoutureCandy again.

Experience was great. Received my order fast, and on time. I didn't know that someone had to be home in order to receive my order, but I was able to get it redelivered.

I bought my dress on the 26th september 2021, was charged over $100 for courier shipping as its international but my order was sent by postal services, total rip off and very misleading! I still do not have my order, no one can give me tracking details till date and I am being given excuses for my refund! Never ever again will I use this site. I still cant believe they have refused and havent even bothered to try and supply any form of tracking! I want my money and not a store credit or i will report this to the authorities!

I bought a clearance dress. It came very fast and was perfect! Alyce Paris runs Two sizes up from my street size, glad I decided to go with the larger size!

I am totally in love with the dress I purchased! However, the site itself needs some work. I was specifically looking for a plus size dress so I would look under any tabs that had the words plus size. When I would click on a dress I was absolutely in love with, it would show only small sizes. I wish they wouldn't put dresses that don't have plus size options under the plus size categories. Also, it is completely important to follow the size charts to the dresses you are interested in. I am 5'7 and typically a size 16-18 (I even fit in some 14's) however, the dress I bought is a size 20 and I should have gotten a size 22 according to the chart but I wanted to challenge myself and lose weight to fit into the size 20. When I received it, it fit beautifully! I just have to lose an inch or two for it to fit comfortably for a long night. One last thing, shipping was super fast! I received my dress within 4 days of placing the order!

Ordering was very easy. Delivery was a snap. I wasn't home to sign, but I received an immediate phone call as to how to retrieve my package and picked it up the next day at our local post office. The bad news: Reluctantly, I will have to return the dress, which I ordered as a 12 because it fits me like an 8. The good news: The quality of the fabric, beading, stitching, and construction is good. There is a slight glitch in the zipper, due to fabric bunching at the intersection of the bodice, the skirt, and the trim. I'm confident this would be relatively easy to remedy. The dress is otherwise 'as shown' on the website.

The quality and vibrant color exceeded my expectations. I loved the look on me. The only thing is I have to have it tailored because is too long
