Dress did not fit and am sending it back. Customer service so far is great.
I loved the dress but sizing was off

Great experience. I got the dress quickly and it fit the same way my wedding dress did that's a size 14 too so it's true to size. I'm 5'4 155pounds for reference and I just have to get the top part taken in but the hips area is a perfect fit.

The dress I ordered was not described as "glittery" at all, however the product itself is absolutely caked in glitter. My house is also now subsequently covered in glitter. I have tried to initiate the return process. I provided images as "proof" of my claims within 24 hours as requested. This was nearly a week ago, and I am still waiting for this claim to be "processed." Lesson learned. Couture Candy is an absolute scam.

First time shopping there on line. I didn't pay attention that the dress shown has different colors and you might buy a dress that doesn't show the color the model is wearing. But anyhow, the customer service helped sort it out. I already ordered several dresses there. And so far I loved the one I already received.

I was very pleased with the formal pant suit I received. It was both beautiful and comfortable and I had lots of compliments!

I followed every step of their return policy to the letter. I even spent extra shipping costs to get it back to them within the 5 day window. This dress was not even tried on by me as I did not like it when it arrived, so I immediately packed it up and sent it back, only to learn that they denied my return for it having a "mildew odor and in bad condition". This could not be further from the truth. This reason for denial is such that you cannot prove otherwise once it leaves your possesion, so that they would not have to refund my money. Do not believe that they will give you a refund because they will find an excuse not to do so. I called the company and complained and was told they would reexamine the garment again. I did not get a response by phone, but received an email saying they sent the garment back to me because of a "Mildew Odor". I do not, and did not want this dress so why send it back to me?
This so called odor could only have happened, if at all, during transit to them or at their own facility, in which I am not responsible for. Again, I have no way to prove this, but I know that when it left my possesion it was exactly the way I received it from them - New with tags and no odor!
Please do not purchase from this company. I do not want anyone else to be scammed into thinking that they are honest and will honor their return policy.

I really love how this dress fits it's true to size and it's just perfect, I was looking for something extra fancy for a family picture and this dress is the one! Plus the price was the best on a least 4 different websites!

I was disappointed with the quality of the dress received and sizing. Black sophisticated Cocktail dresses were difficult to find.

Always wonderful returning to buy and receive the dresses

BEWARE! I purchased a gown for my son's wedding. Beautiful gown, but not for me, but when I went to return I was extremely upset and feel completely deceived. They don't pay for return shipping, you have to pay, which I could deal with, but…they don't allow USPS returns, only UPS or FEDEX, (more expensive - it was $84 to return a $480 dress!) They require a RMS number be issued, they require the dress be received back to them in 5 days of issuance of the RMS or your return isn't honored. You need to take and attach "clear" photos, front and back of the dress, as well as a photo of your labeled box you are sending back. If you used any coupon code to make your purchase, they charge a 20% restocking fee, AND…. NO REFUND! From a $480 dress (+the $84 on top of that for return shipping, a total investment of $564!) they are offering me a $384 STORE CREDIT! I don't live anywhere near a Couture Candy store (is there even one?) so I would, of course need to shop online, which unfortunately is way too risky. I am afraid if I tried another dress, I would ultimately end up throwing my entire over $564 away with additional possible return shipping and/or other unfair fees and have no dress at all! PLEASE DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID! If you're ok with this preposterous return policy, then go for it, but I, for one, feel completely duped and unsatisfied.
