This website provides fantastic customer service; they were quite helpful and responded to all of my questions. I discovered a wonderful garment here that was much more gorgeous than it appeared in the photo. It arrived sooner than expected! Definitely my new go-to store for my upcoming events.

Please do not buy from this company. The return process is horrible. Once they receive the returned item they send you a convoluted computation about how much you will get back which is significantly less than what you paid. The kicker is this is a store credit or nothing option. I opened a dispute with Paypal and Paypal did not help me at all. Rather they made things worse with this company. Once Couture Candy found out about the dispute, they penalized me by revoking my store credit. As a consumer you should never be retaliated against. This whole process started on sept 13th 2021, I have been patient and reached out to this company severally without success. They have my money and the returned merchandise. Today is Jan 17th 2022 and I am yet to be reimbursed by store credit or refund. They owe me $480. Please do not do business with such dishonest people. SHop at Macy's, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales, etc that pride themselves on Top Notch customer service.

I needed a formal dress on a short notice. I chose a dress online, but wasn't sure if it would arrive on time. I called Couture Candy and they were able to estimate the delivery date. It actually arrived before the estimated date.

The sizing charts are spot on. I only had to hem the dress.

It's my first time buying for here and I don't regret buying, the dresses come as how they described them in the description and it looks the exact same thing as they show you in their images. Highly recommend and I'm looking forward buying again
