I was skeptical about ordering an elegant dress online but I am super impressed by this site

I had agreed to return a dress, --and pay the penalty. They said they would have to issue a refund authorization, which would take 48-72 BUSINESS HOURS. Their website says they are open M-F, 9-5. I started the process on Wednesday 2/9. By Friday, I had not received the return authorization. I did not check my email again until Monday morning. EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE CLOSED ON THE WEEKENDS, they issued the RA to my email on Saturday 2/12 at 2:55 in the afternoon. I went to UPS to send the dress back on Monday 2/14, and discovered it would cost $72 to get it there by 2/17. Since the dress only cost $300, between the 25% restocking penalty and shipping, it wasn't worth it. I emailed them to let them know I wasn't sending it back. In their reply, they said I would have had to return it by 2/16! So they send the RA on a Saturday afternoon when they are closed based on info on their own website, AND count that day as one of the 5 days you have to return the item, and knowing Sunday there is no shipping. THIS COMPANY INTENTIONALLY RIPS YOU OFF. STAY AWAY.

Very good experience, I ordered and received my order within the next week.

Return of product was a cumbersome task and time consuming. Email follow up was not clear. Store credit is a joke. Think twice before ordering these pricey clothes. Still have not used credit for fear of going through this again. But losing 495.00 is a hardship. The credit is also 100.00 less than what i spent, and I had to pay shipping fees. Not happy! I'd give 0 stars, but that its not an option.

The return process is a bit much, but I get it with the environment we are in.

I would advise you not to buy from them. I brought a dress for my daughter's wedding that is coming up next week. I received my dress on December 23, since it Christmastime I decided not to try the dress until the 27th at which time I noticed that the dress was defective in the back. The zipper was totally bulgy. I contacted them immediately and they responded by telling me "we are so sorry but you only have 24 hours to notify us if there is something wrong with the dress" unheard of. I asked them to replace the dress with one that was non defective and they kept e-mailing me the same line. After taking the dress to a seam streams, there was nothing they could do since it was poorly cut. Needless to say that I had to go out and spend another 500.00. If you are spending that kind of money go to a reputable store,

I, personally will never order from a company that isn't a brand name. These types of businesses with multiple names, foreign origins and sleazy practices are far too abundant on the internet these days.
This company (which is a foreign company with multiple addresses but an online presence) likes to scam it's customers.

I ordered a formal dress. I received an order confirmation. My credit card was charged. A couple of days later I receive notification that the dress won't be available until March 2022. I tell them I can wait as long as they refund the credit card charge (why charge for something that isn't in your possession to ship and won't be for over a month). I'm told they HAVE to charge the card in order to process.
These emails are going back and forth quite quickly up until I inform them to cancel the order... Like magic, the customer service emails stop dead in their tracks and I receive nothing.
No response, no credit, no nothing.
I've since reported this very suspicious activity to my bank, to the BBB and will continue to let everyone I know not to order from this sham company.
ANY merchant that HAS to charge a credit card while not having the item in stock and doesn't inform you at time of purchase that the item isn't available isn't a responsible merchant.
DO NOT BUY from this sketchy place.

They scam you in roundabout way, bought two dresses each cost $800, they say it's returnable, I tried to return one for wrong sizing they gave me a store credit of only 3/4 the cost plus I had to pay for shipping. To top it off when you buy with store credit you have no rights and they can do whatever they want.

Not to mention customer service, it's just the worst, it's just like talking to a scammer, doesn't try to help at all.

Dress true to size. It was extra long and I had hemmed.

Shipping was super fast and the dress was in perfect condition. Overall a great company and 10/10 would order again.

This site is rip off. My dress came with a security tag that was difficult to remove and all they told me is that all of their dresses come with security tags because they are new. They sent me a YouTube video about how to remove it. They told me because the dress was on sale, they cannot accept it back so I was stuck with a dress that I cannot use. Buy somewhere else. After they receive your payment, they offer very little to no help afterwards and they have a very nasty customer service

The item was packed beautifully with care. Very satisfied with the quality.

Material was cheap and the cut on top was much lower on me than in the photo. Website never mentioned padding so i was not happy to find it there. Ugly dress
