I was given a written assurance that a dress I wanted to purchase was returnable. It was not.
The picture showed "petal" as ivory. "Petal" means pink at this company. I regret believing their customer service.
The ordering process was easy, and I received the dress very timely. Bought it as a maid of honor dress. Colors had to be Sage or Blush, and I was super excited to see that this gorgeous dress came in blush. I couldn't wait to receive it, but when I opened it, it is more of a peach color - it is definitely not blush so now I can't wear it and have one week to try find something else. It is not returnable as it was a sale item. Honestly, the color is just ugly and does not go with the color of the flowers embroidered on it. I won't wear it. So, so, so disappointed.
This is my first time shopping with CoutureCandy and can confidently say it will not be my last time. I am absolutely please with dress. I have not one complaint.
The size is great, the dress is great, the color is great, the delivery was fast. I will have to have it shortened, which will interrupt the design at the hem level, but am willing to do it for such a great dress. The bodice is so well constructed I may not have to wear share ware.

It is difficult to make purchases online when stores only allow store credits and do not offer refunds. I must have misread the return instructions or I would not have ordered a dress to receive a store credit.
This company does not allow you to exchange or return unless you pay 12% fee. I regret buying a dress from this company. I have multiple charges on my card and I have no dress.
I was really really sad, because I was expecting this dress to really fit me since my weeding is right around the corner. Next Saturday. My original size is 10, but I thought of getting 1 size higher than my original size thinking maybe the dress won't fit. But the size I got was size 12 didn't even go in. That dress is not size 12, is more like a 4 and Material is not even stretchy
Im really looking forward resolving this issue. I had spoken with a representative and she has said she will help me out getting my money back since the size wasn't accurate. So she ask me for pictures to have proof.
Please review all of the complaints on the Better Business Bureau's website before purchasing anything from them. I must say this is by far the worst online experience I have ever encountered. I actually had to seek legal counsel because of how my purchase was handled. Please make sure that you read all of the fine print on their website because they will try to use it against you instead of doing the right thing. I bought a $340 dress, paid $30 for 3 day shipping, when the dress did not arrive by the expected date, I contacted customer support and was told that the order could not be cancelled but that I could return it once the dress arrived. When the dress arrived 3 days after the event, I contacted support and was issued a return reference number and sent the dress back untouched and paid an additional $30 return shipping. When the dress was noted as returned by support, they offered me a store credit. I requested a full refund based on the circumstances and was told in so many words that although I chose 3 day shipping I should have read their shipping policy that discussed processing time in a complete other section of the website. Nonetheless, I filed a dispute and PayPal and PayPal ruled in their favor because of the fine print that they referred to. I disputed again and PayPal ruled in their favor again. Here is the kicker, because I disputed the transaction a second time they charged me a 50% reactivation fee of my store credit which means I would receive a store credit of $147.18. After speaking to my lawyer he suggested I ask them to send me the dress back and call it even, they refused to send me the dress. So I basically paid for a dress that I never touched, was penalized for disputing the transaction, then was not obliged to receive the merchandise that I had already paid for. Terrible, terrible company. Please think twice before buying from them—It will be my life's work to expose them based on the principal of the matter and terrible customer service. I will be filing a claim in smalls claims court-wasting more money to do this, posting reviews of their company wherever I am able, and I will also keep trying to get the news to investigate.

But I emailed customer service and they promptly reply to me and the promise that my shirt will be on time for the wedding. And I got it before I thought and more that on time. I ordered a dress on Couture Candy for my son's wedding. I paid June 28,2023. On July 7,2023 I pulled up the dress and it was marked down $446.00. IAs of July 7,2023, my dress has not arrived to my home. According to tracking, it should arrive by end of day and I will have five days to return for a $700.00 store credit! I called the company to request an adjustment they refused. They also refused to grant me a return to credit my credit card account less the {shipping}.
I have never dealt with a company that is so unprofessional. The customer service rep would not pass me along to anyone above her so I am assuming she is the owner of the site.
