Quick, easy, beautiful! The quality was outstanding!

Called about a dress that was on sale for 1/2 the cost of the same dress that was listed on their site for regular price. Customer service claims they are different dresses. But one is 216 and the other 495. Would not work with me on getting the sale price. Sad that they won't meet their own prices lol.

They don't state clearly in the checkout that an item is on Final sale like most websites. It is stated in their policy but you have to read it. I notification on the check out would've been appreciated. Now I'm stuck with a dress that doesn't fit me well.

I ordered a dress for a wedding, and even though I paid extra for three day shipping, the dress to not arrive when it was supposed to. Then the company would not let me return the dress, even though I had been told that I could return it. A total waste of money. Plus I had to buy another dress. I'll never buy from them again!

Very disappointed. The material was of very poor quality. Very different from what was shown. Customer service was very good when I purchased but very poor when I asked for a refund. Apparently it was on sale. Even when I returned it on my charge, they could not give me a credit. I tell you, I am really disappointed. I am in Canada, I had to pay $70.00 extra to have the dress and $25.00 to return it. It was terrible and a big expense for nothing.

There was some confusion at first with my order. I called and talked to one of your representatives who answered all my questions. She then followed up with me through email. Great customer service!

Every organization has the ability to use discretion when determining whether exception to internal policies may be appropriate in extenuating circumstance. Although I understand this decision is at the sole discretion of the organization and policies are in place for a reason I am extremely disappointed in the lack of consideration and customer support I received.

Based on my experience I will choose not to shop with Couture Candy in the future.

The purchase was perfect, without problems. The dispatch very fast. The dress es authentic just like the image. It arrived in perfect condition. We are delighted with the fabric and the design. Couture Candy is serious and responsible, I had the information of my purchase and shipping throughout the prosess. I will definetely buy again.

Dress ran small would have been nice to offer at least store credit to order something else but if it does not fit it's yours.
