Received different dress.The quality is excellent and it is a nice dress but it is not the one I ordered

Stay away from couture candy. Complete scam company!

I don't know what to say what I can say first time I ordered from you that was a nice service

This business uses deceptive business practices. It claims to have "Easy Returns" but if you dig deeper, they NEVER provide refunds. My package arrived 5 days late, not in time for my event. I returned the box without opening it. They were not responsive when I reached out looking for the package or when I asked to cancel the shipment. They shipped after I told them I did not need the dress. Then they refused to refund my money and offered me a credit that I cannot use. Then because I tried to dispute the charge with my credit card, they penalized me by discounting my credit by 50%. What reputable business does not ship on time, does not respond to customer inquiries AND tries to penalize their customer? Do not buy from here.

The skirt is not very giving, it fits but it's not loose and doesn't stretch. It looks good otherwise.

Sadly, I bought this special occasion dress on sale and it was too small. Normally I wear a 16 in dresses and this did not fit. I could not even zip it up.
I contacted Customer service to request a exchange. They informed me because it was on sale I could not exchange it. Subsequently I have bought two additional dresses because I loved it so much, as this was for my sons wedding. The last dress a 22 fit and it will require altering. Very disappointed to find such a beautiful dress only to relieve dissatisfactory customer service due to the exchange policy. Especially since I contacted them within 24 hours of receiving the dress.

I love this dress! It's a perfect fit. I'm only 5'4" and the length is perfect with a small heel. I can't wait to wear it to my daughter's wedding. I found it in a store, but wanted a different color. I'm thankful I found it online in navy and CoutureCandy had the best price. Shipping was fast. Only complaint is the hook came off when I tried it on, but that's the manufacturer's fault and it's an easy fix.

Not interested. I want to return an item. Is this really necessary?

I had to wait three for returning the dress, awful customer service and they will still take Money from me after returning the dress and paying 29 dollars for return, they will take 15 % for a returned dress and keep giving excuses to not returning the money and now they are saying will take 45-75 days to return. Very fraud in my opinion, never ever buying from them again and do not advise any one to do if you are tiered with your money do not waste it in them

I measured precisely but size received was way too big. Extremely long also. And very heavy

I had a duplicate order and as soon as I saw it on my credit card statement I reached out and was very impressed how quickly the issue was resolved.

Purchased a dress, didn't care for it so returned it, but bought another one. In my return I was not only charged a less 25% restocking fee when they only had just sent me the dress but their freight as well and a late fee. So from $661 I only got back $330. Even after I purchased another dress. Both dresses are beautiful, but I do not think that I will purchase anything from Couturecandy again.

Exactly what I was looking for. Not heavy at all! The back tie-up detail was ideal for me as I was able to adjust it to fit my body since have a wide ribcage and I usually struggle to find the right dress fit. It was a little long as I'm only 5'3", but it was easy trim it. Very pleased with my purchased!

The Customer Service team was absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to help me receive the dress on time (even though I ordered last minute- 2 days before a wedding!). They were kind, patient, knowledgeable, and worked quickly. Couture Candy Customer Service truly cares about their customers and understand the importance of special life events.

The package arrived earlier which was great. My arms and bust was a little too big so i'm getting it tailored. I would consider buying though.

Couture Candy is a scam. I ordered a dress last week the dress was delivered dirty and looks like it sat on the shelves for a while. I contacted them with photos. I can't wear the dress, they won't exchange or refunded a d now I have no wedding gowns. Do not order from this website. The agent started mocking me and refusing to transfer me to a manager. When I finally reached a manager she told me to wash the wedding dress with soap and water. Help warn other so no one will fall into this scam
