I ordered a dress on Couture Candy for my son's wedding. I paid June 28,2023. On July 7,2023 I pulled up the dress and it was marked down $446.00. IAs of July 7,2023, my dress has not arrived to my home. According to tracking, it should arrive by end of day and I will have five days to return for a $700.00 store credit! I called the company to request an adjustment they refused. They also refused to grant me a return to credit my credit card account less the {shipping}.
I have never dealt with a company that is so unprofessional. The customer service rep would not pass me along to anyone above her so I am assuming she is the owner of the site.
I purchased two dresses expecting to return one. As I expected one dress fit perfect and the other not so much. I called customer service and was provided a return shipping label and was refunded. Beyond responsive rep and service, I love my perfectly fitting dress. I've read a few negative reviews and frankly my experience was 100% different.
I really wanted an appropriate dress for stepmother of the bride - one that was dignified and age appropriate, but had to buy online due to my geographical challenges. I was misled, ignored and jacked around by other stores, but the customer representative at Couture Candy was kind, thoughtful of my specific needs (the image I wanted to project), and my not-so-easy to shop for height and bust size. In the end, I bought two of the same dress in different colors: one for the wedding and another in the color I wanted, but was too similar to the bridesmaids. When I walked in to line up for the procession, a stranger said to me, "You look so elegant!" You should try being 47 years old with 3 kids & a real life and see if anyone thinks you look elegant shopping anywhere but Couture Candy. I'd call them Lifesavers - hard workers, sweet results.
I absolutely love this company! High quality genuine designs, free shipping, and amazing customer service! Ive purchased 3 gowns this year already and my mother has purchased one! This is the only website I will purchase from for formal attire! Love love love!
I was so scared to order a dress worth almost 1 thousand dollars but was so glad I did it! Definitely a quality dress and I got lots of compliments wearing it on the event. Can't wait for my second dress. Highly recommended!

Definitely hesitant at first but gave them the benefit of the doubt. And I'm glad I did. As a customer, I have read and definitely understood that all merchants have their company policies. Apart from those online stores, no doubt that CoutureCandy has the best Customer Sevice I ever had in terms of their dedication in assisting me throughout my return and re-order requests.
I would not recommend purchasing from this company at all unless you are POSITIVE that you wont have to return. I bought a $600 dress. I tried it on in my bedroom on a carpeted floor. It was too tight and I took it off in less than 5 minutes and put it directly back into the box and returned it. Couture Candy contacted me and said the bottom of the dress was soiled and would not refund any money and sent the dress back to me. I talked to the customer service manager and still no help. If it was soiled, they had to have sent it to me that way. I strongly recommend that you not purchase from them. Their service is the worst that I have ever experienced.
I ordered a dress two weeks before my senior ball and even paid for three day shipping just to make sure it would get here on time. A few days later I kept trying to track the package and it wouldn't show me the tracking number. I called them and it turns out I needed to confirm it ok my mail but after I did that they said it wouldn't get here until after my dance. It was so unfair to me and they still made me pay for a cancellation fee.
This company will steal your money, we purchased a dress, they sent the wrong dress, we called them and they refused to refund the money and only gave us the option for store credit. They said we have to deducted 20 percent from the amount. It wasn't our fault that the wrong dress was deducted. After we sent the dress back we never even received the store credit. It's been over 6 months now. I have disputed it with my credit card company and CoutureCandy sent them a letter that they emailed us the credit. Which is a total lie. This company is a scam. STAY AWAY. Stick with the large companies

I was so disappointed. I ordered a prom dress for my daughter and paid for expedited 3 day shipping. I received confirmation that my order had been placed. I did not realize that they were going to send me a separate email asking me to confirm the shipping address. I don't check my email often, so I did not see the email. Therefore they cancelled my order! My daughter never received her dress. This gave us only 2 days to run out and try to find a new prom dress for her at the stores.
I ordered a ball gown and it came on time way before my event. I thought it was going to take longer but I got it back within a weeks time. The dress is beautiful and exactly what I ordered. I would go up one size if I ever have to order again, but if I do have another event I need a dress for I will be ordering from CoutureCandy again.

Answer: They will only offer you store credit minus multitude of the penalties regardless of the reason for the return, oh and you will have to pay back the "free" shipping. DO NOT BUY from this company!
