I spent my time and resources helping the students woth their assignments.
Course hero needed some documents, i sent them on time.
After some time, they closed my account, No payment for the work done. I feel wasted.
They have done this to very many tutors.
They pocket the money, they don't care about the students or tutors
They are very greedy

I paid for one year subscription $119 and used course hero for 2 months and then all of sudden my login info stopped working and the company will NOT assist with it.

I was a Tutor for Course Hero. I actually did that for a couple of years now. Then suddenly, I could not log in. When I reached out to the customer service, they said that my account was deleted because I violated the Terms of Use. There was no further explanation or details, no answer either to how I violated the Terms of Use. Of course, I still had some earned money on my account (you have to wait 14 days before being to cash in) and that money that I earned is gone. That's how they make money. They close accounts without notice, giving you some bs excuses and they keep the money you earned. They are taking advantage of you. Worst scam ever!

Before deactivation I almost got 150dollars pending to redeem but somehow it was not paid.and showing as refund. Wated my value time and energy.Its collecting from students and not paying in full to tutor. Such a scam website

They blocked access to several questions I was trying to gain access to which should not be happening, as I paid for full access, nearly every single answer to the questions on the site was WRONG. I believe this site is a scam, and they pretend that they know the textbook and homework answers and then just give you a fake answer, clearly not done by professional tutors who are knowledgeable as previously claimed and they take your money while refusing to give you the services they promised. No answers to most information researched and they want you to try to pay tutors more money to get your answers- also there's no refund once you unlock which you have to to see anything. This is absolutely a scam of a company and a waste of time. Do not fall for this scam!

Please do not become a victim. They will continue to charge you even after you cancel. My dispute has been going on for 3 years. When I used them 3 years ago, it was quite unhelpful and I canceled straight away. Please do not provide this dishonest company with any of your billing information. It will be a regret you will have yearly. You will have to DISPUTE the charge annually.

Was using the site to help through grad school but found it wasn't to helpful. The limited questions for the month made me cancel my subscription. Three months after doing so, I am still getting random charges from them. I dont even know how they are doing so since i took my card off after cancelling. They are large amounts to of upward of $60. Scam and will take all your money!

Every time I upload documents it takes several days (a lot longer than their claimed 24 hour period) for me to receive my unlocks. Whenever I try to contact customer support, they always pretend that it's because I didn't upload enough documents even though my account says I uploaded 10 documents.

Also once you do receive the unlocks, the content is useless 99% of the time.

I can't believe people actually pay for memberships to this horrible site.

Tutors really have problem about their attitude and some of them really just copy their answer from the GG search without knowing it right or not when related to the content of question. The price for the unlock really expensive when comparing with the document's content.

They deserve a zero rating. The first time I used it worked okay. I uploaded my documents got free views. The next time I uploaded my documents I don't get my free views. I contact customer service. The representative says all 16 of your documents were denied and you can see it in your dashboard. He also said I should have denial emails stating the reason. All of the emails I received also say they were successful. The email further says they may be denied because they are duplicates. That is not possible because they were original papers written by me. The dashboard says all of the documents are ready to study and successful. I feel that my work was stolen since I did not receive use of any documents.

Imagine getting scammed cause that's what happened to me I was told the membership was 11 bucks a month then they charge me for the whole year after that they only let you open a few documents before locking every other one behind another pay wall of 15 bucks to view 6 more what an absolute waste. Wish I could give it a zero star but it wouldn't let me

I have tried three different topic with different assignments, but the only thing you can find are "just the questions with no answers" or "unrelated nonsense answers". And my 60$ three month membership went down the drain.
They are fake and only fraud!
Do not buy the membership!

My mother paid for this and couldn't figure it out. So I tried to see what it was like I hate it. So we tried to get our money back. Well apparently my mom "opened to many them trying to figure it out" (my autistic brother opened them not knowing what he was doing cause its a touch screen) she never saw the screens and we don't see them now. SO no refund oh well but I would never use it.

Needed help with ONE question. Said a tutor was looking over my question. Three hours later, they said no tutor was assigned. I am assuming they had no clue on how to answer my question. It was a waste of my time and money and do not advise using them.

These leaches make you jump through multiple hoops to get anything from their site. In the time it took me to get any information from the I could have got it from simply searching the web. Be prepared to waste your time if you want information quickly. Honestly the worst I have seen in quite some time.

Poor treatment of tutors. Closure of accounts just before you can even withdraw what they owe. Tehy give no explanation for this even if they ask you to verify the account and you do, they still end up closing it.

Signed up for this site to study for my midterms. Didn't know what to expect since there are so many mixed review, but after getting A's on all my exams I am sold. I will be recommending to all my friends. There are a ton of useful documents on there. Only downside is it is a bit expensive to pay upfront.

Do not trust them when they say one payment a year, you will be asked more payment every time you search for more document. If you sign up for this website plan to pay more than the yearly payment. I was ask to pay more after I made a full payment of the year price.
