I recently had to remove this program from my computer because it was creating havoc with my internet connection. Both Internet Explorer and Firefox were constantly crashing. An internet security provider identified the program as malware which created a virus on my computer and they removed it. I've had no problem since.
In addition, there is spyware attached to the program (they monitor your activity). If you value your privacy, this program is probably not for you.
Like the coupons. Don't like the fact that I have to email them to myself to print them sine it apparently only works with an HP printer and doesn't recognize my Canon. You need to add more stores my local grocery store isn't listed do I can't save to the store card. And why do I have to open it from the app store when I have downloaded it? I click on the link to go to the site and it takes me to the passbook choices and says download now. Lot of work to get coupons. Need to make it a lot more user friendly from phones.
Every time I go on this website there are already coupons to be clipped waiting to be printed. I have gone through and unclipped all the coupons and the others say limit reached. Really? I could not unclip the ones that said "Limit Reached" guess what, 27 coupons printed for my trash can. Could not use these coupons, did not want these coupons, got them anyways. All to get $1.00 off of Listerine REALLY? Out of ink, oh by the way you can only print in color! 27 coupons later out of ink! Buy a Sunday newspaper and save the frustration. Run, don't walk and the site is a joke, it is so not helpful. Very frustrating... If you have no life and need something frustrating to do this site is for you, go for it and while your at it look for coupons for ink you will need it.
I also got a virus after downloading the software to print the coupons on my computer. It was no coincidence because my mother was visiting and I downloaded it on hers too. She got the same viral problems I did. I feel terrible about my computer and worse about hers.
You better make sure you printer is in perfect working order before printing. If you accidentally lose the job, or you are out of paper, anying, the coupons are gone. My time is worth more than they realize.
When I downloaded the software. My computer never did work right,, plus I received all kinds of coupon sites that I never sighed up for. True I did save money... but I needed the money that I saved to fix my computer
I also was referred to this site from the V8 juice website. However, I cannot agree with the other reviewers. Coupons.com wanted to install software on my computer in order to print the coupons. Since every other online coupon I have ever found just printed straight from my browser I cannot help but think that there is some other purpose to this software. I admit I have no evidence to support this, but I think that this is tracking software - which is classified as malware. If I am correct, no reputable company would indulge in this behavior.
Edit: on further research I found a computer investigator who had checked into coupons.com and the situation is worse than I thought.

Where do I begin? Their sight issues. Their compatibility with printer on one day, off the next. The time and effort makes the coupons worthless. Customer service is NON EXISTENT. Troubleshooting, non existent. Error corrections, non existent. Consistency, non existent. DONT BOTHER! Just buy the paper. Next goal, find their competitor and advertise for them for free. Everytime I attempt to print, one minor detail is undetectable and causes me to lose the coupons. They limit you to two... I can't even get one! When I do get them to print few and far between, it's the lousiest coupons of the bunch. It's a full on scam! They track and sell your info. I give coupons. Com a rating of ZERO.
Quotient Technology Inc. aka Coupons.com deactivated my Coupons.com accounts (without notification) right after I purchased items and submitted my receipt on 3/31/2023 so I don't get my earned cash back. I'm missing $64 in cash back. I contacted the business and they said my account was deactivated due to a violation of their Terms of Use. I asked them what specific Terms of Use I violated because I read it all and I'm still not aware of any violation, and they said I violated their Terms of Use by submitting the same receipt under other accounts or under the same account multiple times. That's completely false. I only have 1 account with them and I'm the only in my household. I told them to provide proof of their claims but they wouldn't. If I violated their Terms of Use, then why did they wait until I submitted my receipt on 3/31/2023? My last activity before the receipt submission on 3/31/2023 was on 1/13/2023. They had over 2 months to deactivate my account. Between 1/13/2023 and the day they deactivated my account, the only activity I did was submitting my receipt. How is that a violation of their Terms of Use? This confirms Coupons.com is not being honest. I always submitted genuine receipts for cashback with the correct retailer names and dates. I've been a loyal user since September 2021.What Coupons.com is doing is very illegal and unethical. Many businesses like PayPal got into deep legal troubles by withholding customers' funds for no proven or legitimate reason.
There are too many roadblocks here to obtain a coupon or coupon promo code. Download a printer, install this, etc. I try to frequent different coupon sites, but I find there are only one or two really decent, reputable ones. This one might have a gem of a deal, but it's so hard to get there I wouldn't know.
This is the best thing that ever happened to me. I REPAIR COMPUTERS and get a ton of business removing the tool bars, spyware and viruses that these sites put on everyone's machines. Any money they saved eventually goes right to me. They will slow you machine down and compromise your security. My advice is to get your coupons in the paper or at the store, you will save a bundle on ink and repairs.
I went to coupons.com today and tried printing off some grocery coupons. I had used this site in the past, and had already installed the software to print the coupons. I selected a few coupons and printed them out just fine. Then I went back and looked at the coupon list again and chose some additional coupons. When I tried to print them, I was told I had to install the software once again, which was ridiculous. I've been printing just fine for the past several months. I went ahead and installed it again, and it went through the whole process and said it installed just fine. But, when I went to print my coupons, it just lagged and stalled and would never print. I feel like its just a scam to have their junk software on your computer. I uninstalled it and have no intention of using this site again. Piece of junk! Don't waste your time.
They scammed me-- said that if I signed up for their email alert that I would get a coupon for a certain store emailed to me. That never happened. When I emailed them to ask for help the answer I got was basically "too bad".
We tried using the phone app since we have been using one for Ibotta. Coupons.com has DENIED ALL we put in giving some lame excuse for not honoring them. Who has time to waste with this crap? System is similar to Ibotta where we scan our receipt & check the item purchased which we do on the same day with Ibotta as we go to the store. If you use coupons.com on the same day it says the item was bought before the coupon was clipped? What the heck do they think the receipt is for? I could understand if we purchased it THE DAY BEFORE, & then went back to clip a coupon, but doing it before the store purchase on the same day apparently is still not good enough. We don't have time to mess with this & get multiple emails for EACH purchase with some lame excuse why they won't honor it... Junk app we DELETED...
Coupons.com and their customer suppose is terrible. I spent hours trying to get coupons to print. Of course there is not a human being to talk to, you email back and forth, it is ridiculous. Because I tried to print too many times, because I couldn't get it to work, they told me I couldn't use my computer to print from their site anymore. They blocked my computer. I explained to them that I rarely use coupons and I was just trying to get it to work. Their response was sorry, too bad. If I abused printing coupons, I need to see proof of that, because I never did. They don't need to show you anything, you are just done.
This site is wired up with affiliate links for promo codes for western union and amazon. This site didnt save me any money but made the owner VERY Wealthy have my last 3000$ transaction, i hope they enjoy that 10% commission for claiming to give me a promotion code and only wasting my time and directing me back to western union's site but this time with an affililate link
It is the worst thing ever. Did not print all my coupons. Disatisfied. Everytime that I try to print out the coupons that I have selected it will only print out a couple of them, and not the ones that I selected. Your website to print the coupons needs to be fixed so that it will allow people to print out the coupons that they have selected. I am very angry and upset and dissatisfied with your website!
I got a phone call from these people today and the man said I had alot of viruses on my pc. I said I dont have a pc. He asked me why I was wasting his time. Twice! Then he asked me if he could $#*! me and if I was going to give him some $#*!. I am sorry to be so graphic but I wanted the people to know exactly what was said. I tried to call back but the number was all 0s. You guys should record these phone calls so this doesn't happen!
I downloaded the app, went to the store and purchases numerous items for cash back. I have several lengthy receipts that I submitted. The day that I submitted the receipts, I scanned the items and they lit up as eligible items. The next day, I get emails from them that they can't process the receipt because they need to see the store, date, item, price, etc. So I rescan the receipt and go to rescan the item, now it says this item is not an eligible item. The particular item is listed in the email that they sent me, and it clearly says on the receipt Pizza Rolls, but now all of a sudden this item doesn't match. I've gotten three emails from them so far. If they continue to "not be able to process" my other items, I'm not going to use this app anymore. The camera is off when you take the picture. It says put it up against a dark background. My desktop is literally black. I also tried a black item of clothing, still cannot take the picture automatically. So I do it manually and somehow certain items they are unable to see on the receipt. This is too much for me. I went grocery shopping, so I bought a lot of items at one time. Funny how my Fetch app can read the same receipts, but this app cannot. Smh.
For some stores, this app honors its cashback/rebates. For me, ShopRite doesn't. Every time (12 times now) I contact customer service, they insist I am not following their requirements (even after I scan the item and it says "MATCH"). I send them an image of my receipt, my card #, a screenshot of THEIR rules and offer, the UPC of the product, ect. Then they send a generic e-mail in response and ignore me. I could've received $58 by now but nope, they give when and if they want. I'll just stick to printing the coupons and not even bothering with their app since they refuse to honor what they claim.
Answer: If you give them your number you will get plenty of calls!
Answer: I believe it's 2 unless show up again later. It should show limit reached at the bottom of the row of coupons after printing 2.
Answer: I've seen elsewhere that the reason we have to verify so often is they use the cookies to identify our computers and darn it, we have to dump the cookies every once in a while or our computers get slowed down... I know mine does and McAfee does the cleanup and dumps them...
