Their customer service is not helpful at all. They will close your account just because submitting an inquiry to get your missing cashback that their system did NOT catch it! EVEN IF YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO SUBMIIT YOUR INQUIRY TO LET THEM KNOW ABOUT THEIR SYSTEM'S FAULT, THEY DO NOT WANT TO BOTHER TO OPEN AN INVESTIGATION FOR YOU TO GET YOUR CASHBACK! Now I know that someone from their customer service department will reply to this review and will say "WE ALREADY EXPLAINED OUR REASON TO CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT" I already read a lot of reviews and I regret every second I spent on their website! They think they're the only company in the cashback industry! Sorry! There's MILLIONS of companies and they provide better cashback than your company does! Thank you for giving me the chance to look for another company who can give better rates for cashback as well as they care about their customers satisfactions. Just remember that WITHOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES SALARIES!
