I received this message today when I signed in: "This account has violated our site policies and, as a result, is no longer active. This is most often due to the access, creation or use of multiple CouponCabin accounts which is against our terms and conditions."
I'm not sure what the problem is. I don't have another account and I'm not trying to defraud anyone. I do use the computers at the public library, so I was thinking that could have caused an issue. I did try to create an account with another e-mail, but after I entered it, I saw the terms about not using the incognito browser and having an empty cart; so I started over with this e-mail.

They are a scam! They closed my account down because I had 16 claims open and no one wanted to help me. I have emailed Sam J and he emailed me back with generic responses and would never answer the question. They said they shut my account down because I used violent language and I didn't! They just don't want to pay my claims! I had clicks that weremy even paid and they still havemy paid me for those... over $3000 in transactions! Stay away and go to ebates!

Coupon Cabin has done the same thing to me! I made an order through the Sephora link on Coupon Cabin for $75 cash back (Members Only Offer), and then conveniently they said that Sephora said I didn't go through Coupon Cabin... even though Coupon Cabin took my Member Only Offer (You get 1 every 90 days)Their customer service is the worst I've seen from a cash back site, and their customer rep Sydney K. Is the rudest person I've ever dealt with... ever!

Coupon cabin just closed my account without my consent because I questioned them too many times about why my Sephora cash back did not go through. They said Since your experiences with CouponCabin are just so out of the ordinary for us, we feel that its in the best interest of both of us that we part ways. As such, your account has been closed and it can not be reopened. Their customer service is extremely unhelpful and rude and rather than fixing problems they just close down your account. Stay away!

Yep, this is what they do if you question them too often. I gave honest feedback but it wasn't positive so they deactivated my account. Then they deactivated my husband's account. It's honestly hysterical what a joke this company is!

Same problem here. They closed my account without notice, discussion or reasonable justification. When I asked why, they only vaguely alluded to their Terms and Conditions.

I qualified for a $100 off of $100 purchase from HomeDepot. After I placed the order and after I had the item shipped, didn't even bother to tell me there was an issue. Didn't even bother to discuss. When I pressed for specifics, they mostly ignored and finally blocked my IP address.

Worst online experience I can recall.

Coupon Cabin is an absolute scam. I was locked out of my account right before my check was due to be sent because I had moved. After sending in my photo ID, my bank statement, my utility bill they still told me I wasn't me and that I didn't live in the United States. BS! They are absolute crooks and don't want to pay. And from what I just read on glassdoor.com treat the employees like crap and the CEO is a tyrant. I have never seen such an obvious scam scheme and if all their huge clients like Walmart, eBay, Motel 6, etc... are aware of this. I would have used another coupon site had I known the truth about these people. And not deal with dealt with the annoying pop-ups. Too many people are having the same issue happen. How long do they think they can get away with it?

Their customer service is not helpful at all. They will close your account just because submitting an inquiry to get your missing cashback that their system did NOT catch it! EVEN IF YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO SUBMIIT YOUR INQUIRY TO LET THEM KNOW ABOUT THEIR SYSTEM'S FAULT, THEY DO NOT WANT TO BOTHER TO OPEN AN INVESTIGATION FOR YOU TO GET YOUR CASHBACK! Now I know that someone from their customer service department will reply to this review and will say "WE ALREADY EXPLAINED OUR REASON TO CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT" I already read a lot of reviews and I regret every second I spent on their website! They think they're the only company in the cashback industry! Sorry! There's MILLIONS of companies and they provide better cashback than your company does! Thank you for giving me the chance to look for another company who can give better rates for cashback as well as they care about their customers satisfactions. Just remember that WITHOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES SALARIES! So RESPECT YOUR CUSTOMER AND DO NOT BE MAD JUST BECAUSE YOUR CUSTOMER HAS THE RIGHT TO OPEN AN INVESTIGATION WHEN YOUR SYSTEM FAILED TO CATCH THEIR CASHBACK!
