Coupon Cabin has the worst customer service on the planet! Stick to the more well-known cash back sites like Ebates or Mr. Rebates that have superior customer service! This company doesn't like to pay-out on cash back you've earned if it's a large amount! Beware of this shady business at all costs. You'll be happier for it!

I use this website monthly to get extra money back for grocery items. Receipts are processed immediately and cash back is awarded within minutes.
Seriously this site has me crawling over them everyday, I just cant stop, so many coupon codes & cashback to boot, awesome! The ebates experience was nothing like this, here you search/you slay... that's what I'm talking about! I'm very much liking how you have the power to control how much you earn before your cashback balance is sent to you. Shhh!, I think my PC has a crush on couponcabin.
They can be a very good site. Sometimes you don't get back money on high ticket offers where you buy 75$ after being directed from their site and not get credited. Or if you accidentally use a different email (but don't take advantage of more than one members only item once every 30 days) the system locks you out. If a relative checks their account at your house you get suspended, etc etc
Pity the person who has to contact customer service, they have demeaning scripts that say "bummer" and proceed to insinuate the problem (whatever it may be) is your fault. Then terminateyou from their services. Know that you cannot question them or expect actual service. There is no grievance process and you are not allowed access to an administrator.

Love the promo codes and getting cash back on top of that. You're crazy not to use it. I get cash back every month. I use mine in the form of an amazon gift card and since I have amazon prime it comes in very handy. I had one issue so far and they handled it right away. Very Pleased.
Fabulous! I'm not very technology advanced and was concerned I wasn't going to understand everything. But the information is easy to comprehend for the even less than basic techies like myself. And cash back ad promised when promised!

A lot of websites promise you cash back, but then it takes years to be able to cash out. However, I've saved close to $600 since I signed up a couple of years ago. It's easy to use and a great way to save money. I absolutely love this website!
Not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from. If you follow the directions, this site is truly hard to beat. I purchase a lot gear for biking and kayaking and most of the sites I use work together with CouponCabin. I have my rebates sent to PayPal and have saved a ton during the last year. I have had to contact customer service a couple of times about rebates that were not credited for one reason or another and they are great to deal with and got the issues resolved. Solid company and totally recommended!
Make sure to follow the instructions closely for some of the deals, but this site can give some GREAT discounts if used correctly.
I'm surprised they ask me to do a review again on this site. I gave an honest review and it was not positive, so my account and my husband's account were both disabled as retaliation. It's not problem though, their games and schemes to get cash back weren't honestly worth it.
