First of all I ordered 2 shirts and when I received them they weren't the quality I was expecting. Second one of the shirts I received had 2 holes in them. I emailed them and it takes them from anywhere between 3 days to a week to respond. They only wanted to refund me partial and told me to keep the shirt. I told them I wouldn't be ordering from them anymore and wanted a full refund. I threw the other shirt in the trash that I received with holes in it. They tell me to return it and I would have to pay for postage. I keep telling them I don't have the item anymore that I put it in the trash and they seem to stupid to understand. I will not buy anything from this company again i I advise anyone not to buy from them. They seem to want to rip me off and not give me a refund. Guess I will report them to the better business bureau and maybe file a lawsuit

This was the worst shopping experience ever.
All products are photo-shopped, when I tried to return ordered products with the reason "not as described", first they responded that I need to send pictures of the products, then they proposed discount on next order, after that they offered another discount,... I was always clear that I do not want discount and I demanded refund but could not get the return address, so apparently refund is not an option here.

Again, this is scam site, do not buy here anything!

I ordered 3 shirts in size 3XL. I tried each of them on and had a hard time believing they were even large. I'm trying to find out how to get a refund or replacement.

Wish I was smart enough to read reviews before purchasing. This crap is crap. Avoid this Chinese made, lowest quality merchandise, at all costs. Trying to get a REFUND is impossible as they continue to try and do an exchange. They do not understand the word refund. After all, it is their second language.
STAY AWAY! If I could rate their products lower than 1, I would.

I bought several shirts from Cotosen and was incredibly disappointed with the terrible quality. When I ordered I did not know it was all Made in china ---enough said!

Received a shirt from them 6 days ago. Poor quality. Zipper was badly stuck and button holes were sewed shut. Sent an inquiry as to how can I fix it or return it. They asked me to send pictures of the problems, which I did. They never answered me. I've since asked for an answer twice and I get completely ignored. The moral to this story is: I should have checked this site before ordering!
Update: Just got offer for $10 coupon to purchase another item from them. In other words, I guess they think should throw away the $37 shirt an buy another product from them at a $10 discount!.

We ordered a jacket for my husband from Cotosen in February. We received an order confirmation email, and that was it! A month goes by and I email customer service and I receive a tracking number. It's coming from China… great! I wish I had known that ahead of time. Finally, end of April I email them again and they replied that it was delivered at the end of March to my mailbox. I never got a shipped email, and delivered email, nothing! Just a response to MY own inquiry about where my order was that it already "delivered" and to check with my local post office! They claim it delivered March 28th and today is April 28! I can't ask my post office about it a month later! So ridiculous abs a total waste of money!

I purchased 6 shirts on cotosen.com 5 of the 6 are ok. One of them had no collar! Like none at all. They forgot to sew it in. Really sucks because that was my favorite one. I included a picture below., it's funny actually just a raw edge of fabric at the neck! And the site did refund my money but only after I put in a complaint with Paypal and even then they tried to "negotiate". I had to say "no. I expect a full refund. This is unwearable!". The rest of the shirts... The material is the silky / satin type material. The printing is nice. I like how the graphics are on the front and back and sleeves. The inside of the shirt, which you can see if the collar is open looks unfinished. The edges where the stiches are also look unfinished. There are threads hanging out that I needed to cut all over. It's very amateurish overall the way it's sewn. I can't recommend their clothes. They could improve the quality and then maybe it would be good. The sizes are true. So an XL is sent to America as an American XL which is like size xxxxl of Chinese. I find it ironic that all the clothes are pro-america about guns and being proud of America etc but it's all Chinese.

My husband ordered 5 items from this company. Like other reviews noted the material, sewing and overall appearance is extremely cheap. Their website states that they will refund your money. They will not refund your money, and keep delaying by asking for photos and the tracking number for the return. After I provided all of that and paid to return the items, I have not received any money back. To add insult to injury I made a claim with PayPal. They offered a refund of $62 of $104 and I declined out of principal. 100% should be refunded! I should have read these reviews before ordering this crap. I urge everyone who lost money with this Chinese scam if a company to complain to the better business bureau or any agency who might care about consumers getting ripped off.

Received 2 shirts I ordered as adult XL. They arrived and at best were a medium. Since made in China and it took a while to get them, I decided to keep and give to my son. Washed them and they shrunk to a small Childs size. I contacted Cotosen and they said they would credit me $10 for a $50 order, or I could pay half price and get them again. They also let me know I need to order a larger size next time. I am 6', 175 lbs. and do not need an XXXL. DO NOT PURCHASE from them.

I wish I would have researched this company a little more. The products that I purchased looked nice and were patriotic which I assumed that they were made in the USA, you know what they say! After the order hadn't arrived in three weeks I looked into the company and found out the items came from China. After a month the items arrived, what a disappointment. The quality was something you would expect from an elementary school play. The sizing was 2 sizes off and the aging of material was done by spray painting. I asked how to ship the items back and get a refund, they offered me to keep the items and get store credit. I said no and they offered me 25% back. I said yes and now I'm writing this so you don't make the same mistake.

Ordered a Cap from this company, it had to come from China for one and then when received it came in a envelope All squished to crap. Charged $10.00 for shipping, should have been shipped in a box to keep the Cap shape. I don't recommend this company, takes forever to get your order.

I did not except high quality but what i get is below Zero. The Cut was a potato Sack And the color is not the same. Don't Buy at cotosen. You get the cheapest China $#*! :(

We can all be disappointed with buying clothes online. At its best, it's somewhat chancy. So wanting to return 2 out of 4 items shouldn't be such an issue? Wrong! When the returns address is in China and costs almost as much as the items to be returned then I may as well bin them! You really are taking a risk with your money buying from this company. Slick photos and sales pitches on the website are not backed up with the quality of goods or service
