Easy to navigate and product's look great in pictures. I was pleasantly impressed with the design and the easy of assembly.

I bought the 70L cooler one year and 20 days again. It stopped working last week without warning, just doesn't start again. Customer service says that there is only a guarantee of one year so they can't do anything for me. No replacement, no parts if something is defective. Don't buy this if you want something that will work longer than one year or if you want a guarantee that is ok. Really disappointed...

I love the chair and it matches my decor perfectly but it is the hardest thing ever. I live in a motorhome and needed a place for someone to sleep if necessary but I will have to put an air mattress on it to make it usable. Still love the look.

I appreciate the selection but you should indicate base options for the off set umbrella as part of the shopping process.

I love it! I bought it for my boyfriend as a Father's Day present. The color is so unique and retro. The fabric feels expensive and velvety soft. The threads are consistent and the copper parts on the wheels make it look rustic yet modern. The chair gives a little as an option (pull the lever), so you can rock if you want. The support for my lower back is the perfect, it helps with my slouching. The height is adjustable, but he had to lower his work bench/desk to meet the highest setting. Buying the product was user friendly-not too many clicks. Delivery was fast and efficient. One of the best shopping experiences I've had online.

Bought an AC 3-in1 from Costway. Worst thing I've bought in a while. Even new, it was working soso. Always overheating and stopping in the middle of the night. So the heat in the room woke me up almost every night and I had to turn off the AC and on again. Almost every night. Then, after EXACTLY a year (weird, right?), It broke for good. Always screaming BIP BIP BIP none stop and nothing else. I bought it exactly a year ago but it wasn't a full year use, only a few months. So I wrote to the company for help, to know if they can tell me what the problem is, if they could tell me what part is broken so I can fix it. Obviously they told me a couple times that their warranty is 90 days and blah blah blah. They supposedly asked their manufacturer to know what the problem is. After emails exchange over a week, they finally told me that they can't to anything. So F off basically and buy another one. During that week, it was super hot where I am, so I didn't sleep that much. Almost bought another AC from another company, but they sent me an email saying to wait a few days, that they will find a solution. But like I said, they didnt. So I can't stress this enough: BUY FROM ANOTHER COMPANY!

My first time shopping with Costway. Great! Love the prices on outdoor furniture. However, there was a mix up on both parts of my order being delivered together. Since the office is closed on the weekends, I had to wait until the following week to speak to someone about my order status. I was not contacted initially so I had to call to find my order. The staff was polite and friendly. They seemed to really be concerned about my situation. I finally received the other part of my order about one week later.

It was easy to order. I was pleased to receive the products so quickly! I ordered on Tuesday and received them on Saturday!

The purchase was easy and straightforward.
It came in 3 boxes, which did not all arrive together, but within a day of each other. We understand we will need extra mesh, to fully enclose it. The only issue we have is that the door is about 12" shorter than the outside door frame, which and chicken would escape from. Waiting for customer service to help with this.

Found the raised bed I wanted, and it was the lowest price of all other retailers. My order arrived just a few days later.

Ordering and shipping was a breeze. Received everything nicely packed and in good condition. Putting together the 9-piece dining set was incredibly time consuming especially using an allen key tool to tighten without stripping. The pieces did not line up perfectly, so you had to work harder to get the screws started. Definitely a two-man job, one putting the pressure to line up the holes and the other working the screw in place. It took the two of us 6 hours, the whole time my husband saying he will never buy an item like this again that you have to put together. However, after all said and done. The dining set is adequate for what we intended to use it for. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. I would rate this set as your average resin dining set. If you're looking for a higher quality set, then buy real outdoor wicker furniture. One more thing, the chairs are narrow. Will not be very comfortable for a large person.

I received the item (fencing and clips). It was what I expected it to be. It was not delivered particularly speedily, but it got here. No complaints!

Good on-line shopping experience. I purchased a bathroom cabinet which I saw in IKEA for less money, including shipping, and delivery was pretty good.
