I ordered a solar lighted 10 foot umbrella. I'd say the quality was "B", Price was an "A", and service and delivery was also an "A". If I find a product I like, I'd buy from Costway again.

We have purchased 3 different outdoor sets. NONE of them came with the hardware. According to Sue they can't send them. You guys need a quality team because by the looks of reviews your employees leave out items from shipments quite often.

Ordered 2 patio loungers. 1st one I opened had incorrect parts, the screws were just thrown in the box (over 20 of them), no allen wrench included. I laid all of the parts out, which took a good amount of time due to packaging and number of pieces. Confirmed with the instructions and parts list that indeed I did not have the correct parts. Repackaged the entire box.
Dissatisfied with the product overall so I contacted customer service to return both items for a refund. I was well with the 90 days from purchase.
Customer service wants me to unpack the item again and take pictures. I guess I can take pictures of missing parts... it is an inconvenience and unnecessary demand from the company. According to complaints I reviewed on the Better Business Bureau site, this is a common runaway process by Costway.
I seem very displeased all the way around and have never encountered such difficulty in returning a defective or unsatisfactory item. DO NOT RECOMMEND DEALING WITH THEM!

Assembled per instructions but added a drop of wood glue to wooden peg holes.
Process took about 45 minutes. Need second person to mount to wall. Instructions didn't include which size drill bit for the wall anchors provided. Which can cause securing issues. Safety could be compromised from falling off wall.

... if only some of the edges weren't a bit chipped or have small hairline cracks around the outer edges. You have to look closely to notice. But I decided to keep it. Wasn't worth returning it and risking another one come the same way if shipping was at fault.
