Costco has done their research. Cost control savings are actually passed on to customers via lower prices than the other box stores. Instead of keeping the cost savings for higher profits and inflating the Suits annual bonus checks, Costco understands we want lower prices. Not the forced smiles & hand holding required of the underpaid employees of Wal Mart, Sams, etc. We, the consumers, will recognize your efforts and continue to help Costco grow, as long as the Greed factor remains neutralized.
$#*!ed website online sales. Makes you go in twice to place your order. Makes it confusing and not reliable. Manager and sales associate says they can't do anything about it which is a piece of crap. The whole online ordering is a piece of crap. Will never order from Costco again.
I cant say im a fan of Costco. Costco's online site is not very polished and is sort of clunky. The website still doesnt acknowledge the store in my area even though it has been there for about one year. The Costco in my area is super small and at best carries half the selection of some of the costco stores in other areas. I would rather shop the competition. Compared to my local store, the competitions selection is so much better and the prices are competitive.
Yes, the lines can be long, but it's a God send for my wife and I. Everything we need, and lots of it. If something needs returning, which is Very rare, there is no hassle there as well.

Always a pleasure shopping at Costco. Love the check end of year for being an Executive member, not to mention the extra 1% from Capitol One. Costco do have large packs, but they also have individual items at a great discount. Very seldom do I see an off brand displayed there. Always first quality. Their returns are positively worry free.
Good customer service, lots of choice and great prices... only down side is you must buy in volume... not always an option for me.
I recently bought a roast chicken from Costco and was not satisfied with the quality- The chicken had too much fat, and was not fuly cooked in a few places where it was a pinkish colour. It was a very disappointing experience and concerned that Costco sells chicken of this quality.
We live in Mexico most of the time and really enjoy the Costco here. Just like in the US. People are helpful and many are bi-lingual so you can get help.

Costco is okay if you happen to live near one. I think they should base membership Prices on Zip Code. Specifically, if you more than 40 miles away, they should give you a membership at 50% off. That would bring them more Customers!
