ORDERED SHOES BACK IN FEBRUARY - NOTHING TO DATE. SAME EMAIL RESPONSE FROM ELECTRONICALLY GENERATED 'SARA'TO REPEATED EMAILS. SAD THAT PINTEREST ALLOWS THEM TO PROMOTE ON THEIR WEBSITE. STEER WELL CLEAR.
My order was shipped to somewhere in Ontario and I live in Alberta. After many emails they said they would reship my order to the right address. That's the last time I heard from them. The website doesn't reflect that they shipped again and I have asked numerous times for the new tracking number with no replies. Then I asked numerous times for a refund with no replies. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
WARNING! You will be scammed, they will pretend they delivered your item, provide a tracking number, but it will NEVER be delivered and go to the wrong address. They don't answer emails and will never refund you. I reported them to my bank. Many people having the same experience. This company is based in HONG KONG / CHINA. DO NOT USE! I hope the bank will black list them so others don't have to suffer the same.
Ordered the Corachic Boho sweater in November 2021 that never arrived. Wrote many e-mails, they kept asking for patience. Was then offered a resend of the sweater that also never arrived. After that, no more replies to my e-mails. They never sent me the tracking number of the resend, either. I then wrote a formal request for a refund - never got the money back. Am out of 40$ and patience. THIS IS A SCAM, DO NOT ORDER FROM CORACHIC! Would give minus stars if I could.
I purchased through paypal in late Jan. Product didn't come before my trip (the reason for my purchase) and asked for a shipping tracking number. I emailed "support" five times and nothing. Then I disputed the charges with Paypal. At that point Jack Horner, not from their support email, gave me a tracking number. Paypal waited a little longer to see if I would receive the item. I still have not received the item, received an email from Jack Horner stating I would get a refund after four emails of me demanding a refund. Jack (Corachic AKA Newchu) then sent Paypal the tracking number in early March. It is now early April and Paypal refused to refund, closed my case, and I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY PRODUCT. Paypal and Corachic (Newchu) are both on my S#! T list.
UPDATE: 4/9/2020 Complained to Paypal about closing the case and showed them the email stating I would get a refund from the company. Paypal reopened my case and decided to refund me. :) Thank you Paypal.
I ordered 2 boots in January 2020... As of today August 18th 2020... NOTHING... So called SARA keep responding to email by promising to send and resend the merchandise... Is that a Chinese robot or what? Horrible experience for otherwise reputable Chinese goods that we get all the time including designer items... Do not fall for this company... Makes China and anything that comes out of China a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
These are CROOKS. They advertise essential products americans are scrambling to obtain on MANY websites... not disclosing they are in ASIA then MONTHS LATER... NO PRODUCTS ARRRIVE. Look at trustpilot and other complaint boards... these people are THIEVES and then they give paypal and credit companies FAKE TRACKING NUMBERS to prolong any refunds. I have been told by them THREE TIMES they will "refund me in 1 business day" yet it NEVER HAPPENS and ive had paypal disputes held up over their fake tracking numbers for shipments that NEVER SHIP... THIS KEEPS PAYPAL HAPPY THEN YOUR CLAIM IS DENIED. REPORT THESE ABUSERS EVERYWHERE YOU CAN. THEY ARE THIEVES... ABSOLUTE THIEVES.

I can't express enough to avoid ordering from this company! The item fr to long to arrive and when it did arrive it was extremely damaged! The size chart is incorrect as well and the item was to small. I usually research reviews before ordering from unknown companies but I failed to do so this time. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY I IMPLORE YOU!

This site is crap. Don't buy from here. I waited for over a month for my shoes, never received them. I found out they were delivered in Florida! I live in San Diego California! Wtf!
After many emails finally said they were sending the two missing items. Now are not anwering emails and I am still waiting for a refund or my two missing garments.

My order of Dec 26,2019 was acknowledge and my credit card was charged, but as of today, 01/20/2020 I have yet to be notified of a shipping date. I have sent two emails and have received no replies.
