My story - it was March 2020, and I was caught off guard by the lack of toilet paper in the stores. So I searched for toilet paper on Google shopping, and that took me to Corachic. I felt they were a scam even back then, but it's not much money, and toilet paper was hard to buy at the time. So I bought toilet paper from them.

Three months later, the shipment finally came, and it's these tiny rolls of toilet paper, which is NOT what I bought. But the toilet paper is back in store now, so I am not going to waste any more time on this matter.

I ordered boots in march by corachic. They have never been delivered. They seem to send the same tracking code to different people. The tracking code I got, said that the parcel has been delivered, but I have never seen anything. When I wrote them about it, they promised to send a new parcel of boots. Those also never where delivered and they stopped answering my mails.
Please, do not order anything at corachic, if you don't want to loose your money. And I would like them to be stopped. I hope I can find a way to help them being stopped from theft.

I ordered products from them 2-3 months ago. I figured due to c19. The shipping times would take longer I recently reached out to them. They then told me it was successfully delivered. But they shipped it to a different location that was not the shipping address. I asked for a refund since I didn't get the product and the product was not on its way. They keep telling me the products were delivered successfully even though I don't live there and provided a receipt proving that they shipped it to a wrong location. Definitely not worth the stress if you want your products shipped to you and not somewhere else.

These are CROOKS. They advertise essential products americans are scrambling to obtain on MANY websites... not disclosing they are in ASIA then MONTHS LATER... NO PRODUCTS ARRRIVE. Look at trustpilot and other complaint boards... these people are THIEVES and then they give paypal and credit companies FAKE TRACKING NUMBERS to prolong any refunds. I have been told by them THREE TIMES they will "refund me in 1 business day" yet it NEVER HAPPENS and ive had paypal disputes held up over their fake tracking numbers for shipments that NEVER SHIP... THIS KEEPS PAYPAL HAPPY THEN YOUR CLAIM IS DENIED. REPORT THESE ABUSERS EVERYWHERE YOU CAN. THEY ARE THIEVES... ABSOLUTE THIEVES.

I DON'T MEAN TO BE A PARTY POOPER, BUT THIS COMPANY IS A LOAD OF CRAP. I ORDERED THE EQUIVALENT OF 144 ROLLS OF CHARMIN BRAND TOILET PAPER DURING THE CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC, AND AS SOON AS I HIT "PURCHASE" AND PAID MY $92, I KNEW SOMETHING SMELLED FUNNY. AFTER A MONTH, I STILL HADN'T RECEIVED MY 144 ROLLS. I TRIED TO GET TO THE BOTTOM' OF IT, BUT THEIR CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE GAVE ME NO ANSWERS. FINALLY, I RECEIVED THE PACKAGE AND THIS IS WHAT THEY SENT ME (SEE PIC BELOW).

WHEN I FIRST OPENED THE PACKAGE (AFTER WAITING 1.5 MONTHS), I DIDN'T EVEN RECOGNIZE IT AS TOILET PAPER. I THOUGHT MY HUSBAND HAD ORDERED SOME PVC PIPES OR SOMETHING. WHEN I REALIZED THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE $92 WORTH OF TOILET PAPER, I BECAME FLUSHED WITH ANGER. WE WILL PROBABLY NEED TO USE 2-3 ROLLS PER POO. CORACHIC WIPED MY BANK ACCOUNT CLEAN AND I CAN'T EVEN WIPE MY BUTT WITH THE AMOUNT OF TOILET PAPER THEY SENT. LOOKS LIKE I PAID $100 FOR THE EQUIVALENT OF 5 ROLLS OF TOILET PAPER. I WOULD WIPE MY TEARS AWAY BUT THERE'S NOT ENOUGH TOILET PAPER HERE FOR THAT. I HATE TO DUMP ALL THIS ON ALL YOU READERS, AND I KNOW I'M ON A ROLL HERE WITH THESE PUNS BUT I GOTTA GO' NOW. CORACHIC-- YOU STINK!

I purchased through paypal in late Jan. Product didn't come before my trip (the reason for my purchase) and asked for a shipping tracking number. I emailed "support" five times and nothing. Then I disputed the charges with Paypal. At that point Jack Horner, not from their support email, gave me a tracking number. Paypal waited a little longer to see if I would receive the item. I still have not received the item, received an email from Jack Horner stating I would get a refund after four emails of me demanding a refund. Jack (Corachic AKA Newchu) then sent Paypal the tracking number in early March. It is now early April and Paypal refused to refund, closed my case, and I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY PRODUCT. Paypal and Corachic (Newchu) are both on my S#! T list.

UPDATE: 4/9/2020 Complained to Paypal about closing the case and showed them the email stating I would get a refund from the company. Paypal reopened my case and decided to refund me. :) Thank you Paypal.

Actually Corachic deserves no stars but apparently that isn't an option. I ordered an item a month ago and after two weeks attempted to contact them regarding the status. No response. I tried again a few days later. No response. I checked the China tracking number, which by the way I had no idea this item was coming from China or I never would have ordered it due to the Corona virus, and I got the response that there was no shipping information. I tried two more times to contact them by email, got no response, called their customer service number and keep getting the message "The google subscriber is not available." I agree with the other reviews here that they seem to be a fraudulent company.

Reviews on their site are great, outside of their site the reviews are terrible. I ordered two pairs of boots 2 months ago, nothing. Called PayPal to get a claim going, company then responds saying package was delivered but will resend. I replied I'll just go back to PayPal, then, "ok! We will refund money! But will take 14 days" doesn't take 14 days to refund money to PayPal. Scam Site. See trustpilot.com and Wisdom Ganga
