Everything sticks to this pan. I called and customer service want me to pay for it and give it to a family member or friend. I let him know that was totally unacceptable and I would not pay for that junk let alone give it to a friend. What a rip off! Buyer beware!
There is a life time guarantee on this copper chef non stick pan which I have had for 5 months now every thing I cook sticks called customer service and they won't honor the guarantee unless I pay 30 dollars for shipping and a separate fee from processing and handling u can buy a brand new one for 19.99 with free shipping so u tell me what kind of service is THAT!
I puchased two pieces and not only did my food stick but also gathered moisture under the pan on my flat top stove and the pan slid off into the floor. What a mess. I do not recommend this product. Qvc disappoints me that they still sell this product. Wake up QVC.
It's not worth the money. You're better off line cook Essentials save money my pants I take care of them the copper chef but they do not stand the regular cooking of every day if I could I would get my money back
Never received the free cookbook they claim they are sending you. The airfryer does not turn on. I plugged it in the day I got it and nope did not work. They are a scam and a fraud. Send you bad products so they can charge you more because they will not replace their product that does not work unless you pay for it to be replaced. Also tried to call customer service its a busy signal and cant reach anyone. I managed to speak to them before my order got to me because I was double charged. If copper chef wants customers they need better service. I work in customer service and we pride ourselves with the best experience but this company cant even show any empathy. They only care to rip you off. I dont understand how the TV can have these scammers on there. I am so disappointed and will make contact with the BBB and the attorney general to file an official complaint.
The first few times I used Coper Chef I thought it was great and now I have 8-pieces. Food constantly sticks, copper coating is wearing off. The cookware has been a nightmare to clean; way harder than my Ultex and the Nuwave I had in between both. I have spent a lot of money on cookware and have yet to find the right stuff that actually will stand up. This CopperChef cookware is by far the worse crap I have ever purchased.
I should of known not to buy Copper Chef pans when the TV commercial showed fake eggs sliding around in the skillet. It's the worst cookware I've ever owned. The pans worked reasonably well for what seemed like about about twenty minutes -- before the non-stick coating wore off. Now EVERYTHING sticks and pans are nearly impossible to clean and badly discolored. Money totally wasted.
I ordered the titan pan off of TV commercial for said product. The pan itself is not that great but, the lids are horrible. Whatever you're cooking (say something like sausage) the grease gets into the lid where you can't get to it to clean it. Even soapy water gets in there and you can't get it out. They wanted me to dend the lid back, at MY expense before they would send a new lid to see what the problem is. I told them the problem. Would never order anytjing of theirs again and definitely would not recommend them to anyone.
It does have a limited lifetime warranty although you must send it prepaid and enclose a check for 1495 to cover shipping back to you what good is it the warranty? I could buy one cheaper then send it back to be replaced copper chef you're just not cutting, you're a joke, the reason I'm posting this complaint it's because the 12in skillet warped. Why would I want to send it back and cost me more than to buy it outright? It would probably cost me $20 plus the 14.95 to ship it back to you and I know I can buy it cheaper than 34.95
On Nov 7th I ordered (2) muffin pans for $39.98. On Nov 15th I received (4) cookie sheets in 2 boxes. Called customer service (Orlando) who advised that he had generated a replacement for the incorrect order and for me to print out the return label he had generated and send the cookie sheets back, which I did the next day. Today is the 26th of Nov and I still don't have my order, although Copper Chef has gotten their cookie sheets back. I talked with (2) people today who said the "shipping" label was generated but apparently nothing shipped out! This is terrible! You can't even get a small order correct after 2 attempts and yet the customer can get your stuff back to you. Do not order from them.
If you like throwing your money away, this pan is for you.
If you like soaking your pan to clean them, this pan is for you.
If you like burning your hand on a hot handle, this pan is for you.
If you like standing in the return lines, this pan is for you.
If you like the feeling of being a Doofus, buy this pan, it was meant for you.
If you want to learn new swear words, let your spouse wash it and this pan is for you.
Im going to say I like how my copper chef pans look. After about 2 uses they do not docas the ads say so false advertising definite. They stick. They do not just slide around as ads says. Eggs stick severely. As for meat. The natural fat sticks to the pan and discolored it. As for finding a way to fully clean the marks just hasnt happened. It also scratches unlike the ad says it doesnt. For false advertisement I think the company should replace all pans every few months or quit lying in their advertisement. I see a class action in the future.
I Purchase this over priced cookware and within 6 months. It was no better than the cheap Teflon cookware that is on the market.
I purchased the square frying pan from Canadian Tire. This product says it's good for all cooking surfaces include induction. It does not work on induction stove.
Contacted the company gave me the run around for a refund, which I never got. Told me how to cook. Worked in the food industry pan is not very good.
Purchased a Copper Chef Electric Skillet and after 3 uses the plug does not light up and the skillet doesn't heat up. I contacted customer service and they responded by saying they needed the reciept when purchased. I told them I don't have the receipt and purchased it at Walmart. They told me to contact Walmart for a receipt. Yeah right. Like Walmart is going to do that. The skillet is garbage and the customer service is a joke. DO NOT PURCHASE COPPER CHEF products. The company TRISTAR does not stand behind their products. They get your money and then they are done with you.
I had the exact same problem about the grocery coupons and customer service was just as bad. The $100. Grocery coupon is a scam because you cannot get it.
At first, I thought these were amazing. My eggs slid out and my grilled cheese sandwiches toasted perfectly while the melted cheese came right off. I gently used a metal spatula. Never an electric mixer as shown in a commercial. I had three and stacked them in the cupboard. First, the edges started to chip. The food didn't slide, but stuck and required soaking to remove it. I began to see tiny white chips in the bottoms of all three pans. That graduated to silver chips. The edges became just a series of chips. It got worse and worse. I have tossed them and gone back to my cast iron. Seasoned, they work quite well.
Do not waste your hard-earned money on this product. I found nothing posted to tell us how bad the chipping and peeling is for us, but then Copper Chef is not copping to the present condition of their failed product. Their guarantee has changed to a month or two, for these skillets that were supposed to be the last ones I would "ever need" were just junk.
Very disappointed.
This product is a waste of your money the pan do stick. Have some cheap pans better than this one. Made the purchase at local Walmart should have kept that money would not be writing this review.
Invested in a complete set with induction unit. After a huge complication in delivery, I've tried all pans on both the induction unit and my gas stove... totally inconsistent cooking. The area corresponding to the ring on the bottom of the pans heats more than the edges which makes everything cooked come out either burnt or raw. It doesn't matter what I use as the heating source, the part of the pan where the circular ring corresponds ALWAYS overcooks, and the rest of the area beyond the diameter of the ring is undercooked. A real waste of money... don't believe the advertisement! None of them are worth the expenditure... save your money and buy Revereware or Farberware, unless you can afford Calphalon! My 50 year old set of Reverware does an infinitely better job of cooking! Most anything would be better than this mess. Wish I could' unbuy' the whole set!
Answer: They are not responsive. It would cost too much to replace all the pans we've bought that failed to live up to their guarantee. Notice there are no more commercials...
Answer: Agreed. One time cooking on my gas range scratched the bottom. The coating is not good and I could not get 4 burgers in the pan as advertised. I can go on but I think you get the pictures. Nothing works like they advertise!
