I was at first a bit afraid that the company was in new York and I was in canada. When I ordered though it was in Canadian funds and exactly as advertised. After shipping confirmed there was a bit of a lapse getting proper tracking info as it was ups from the states. I did eventually call ups and they said that it was delivered that day and sure enough was in the mail box. Happy with this product.

Both the of the eyeglasses purchased from cool frames are excellent, no complaints about the quality of the product. Customer service response is something that truly lacks. The Cartiers didn't match the picture, no offer to make it right assuming the picture was wrong an apology with explanation would been sufficient. My last order I got no response from customer service when I questioned my lens prescription.
