Be sure not to hesitate to return frames if they don't work for you. The timeframe to return is within 14 days of the delivery date. We missed this window by 3 days and now are stuck with two pairs that we will never use.

They took my VSP insurance, the lady I spoke to was very kind, and had my glasses made shipped and delivered all within one month!

I needed empty frames to replace a crack in eyeglass frames bought through my local optician. Cool Frames had the same frames which came promptly after ordered.

Great at first i was scared to order cause i have never got glasses online but i got regular shipping and they took 2 weeks to arrive like said but everything was good.

Overall I am very pleased with my purchase from Cool Frames. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that it took a little longer than expected to receive my glasses.

I ordered a cute set of glasses during the website's July 4th sale event. I was very please with the price and expected a slower turnaround because of the holiday. As 3 weeks went by and I kept checking on the status it never changed. Week 4 I called customer service and found out that the lenses were defective and they had to be reordered. No problem, but updating the order status would have been very helpful.
