I ordered sunglasses from them 3 weeks ago. Although they promptly charged my credit card, the glasses have still not arrived. What kind of mail order business charges you before shipping the product? Scammers...

Was skeptical of any website that had such unbelievable prices for known brands. However, this company went above and beyond for their customer service. In today's digital world, it is rare to actually talk to a representative so it was a pleasant surprise to actually get a phone call when there was a delay in completing the order. The problem was solved pleasantly and efficiently. This company is deserving of repeat business.

This will be the first and last time I ever make a purchase from Georgia Shades. Charging a customer $15.74 to restock an item is outrageous. But then again this is all about money. I should have know better.
